Working On Their Dreams

A relaxed Taehyung went out of the studio and he was looking forward to doing a video call with his baby bunny however he was met by his very tensed manager, "Taehyungssi you're being called at the headquarters. I had to report to Hwejangnim your actions today and he wants to talk with you." Taehyung can only sigh his frustrations since he can understand the reason behind his manager's action.

Taehyung is under SJN Entertainment but no other employee nor artist knows his connection to Namjoon, Hobi and Yoongi. He doesn't care if anybody will say something bad behind his back so that is not the reason why he kept a lot of things private. The main reason is and would always be Jungkook. Before making any decisions, Taehyung would always involve Jungkook and the same can be said about the younger one. Before he decided to push through with an acting career, Taehyung really considered Jungkook's privacy not because he is scared about the public's opinion but because that is what his baby bunny prefers. The only things he made public were his educational background and basic personal profile. So even his manager doesn't know most of his private information and he doesn't trust him enough yet to let him in. 

They were currently in the car and on the way to their headquarters when Taehyung received Jungkook's call. Taehyung would always make it a point to never miss Jungkook's call and even if he is with his curious manager, he still decided to answer the call. "Hi, my love. I can't turn on the camera right now and I miss you so much," Taehyung softly murmured on his phone. "I miss you too Jagiya. I'm having my lunch now. How about you? Have you had your dinner yet?" Taehyung really missed the sweet voice of his baby and how he wished that they were together right that instant but this is also one of the things that the both of them decided. They decided together that they will work on their dreams diligently even if that decision leads them to be continents apart.

"I just finished with my interview and I'm on the way now to the company. I'll probably have my dinner there," Taehyung was still about to say something when his manager interrupted him. "We've arrived, Taehyungssi." Taehyung can only look at his manager with a straight face but softly said his goodbye to Jungkook, "Love, I have to end the call but I'll call you as soon as I can once. Just wait for a bit, OK?" "Sure, Jagiya. I'll wait for your call." The couple ended their call and Taehyung hurriedly went inside their company building. 

Taehyung was just silent all throughout the elevator ride but it seems that his manager can't really stop voicing out his thoughts and stated, "Regardless that your contract doesn't state any dating ban, you shouldn't still have done what you did during the interview. Now, we will have a week full of uncertainties towards the possible reaction of the netizens. Even if the reaction of the pre-selected audience was somehow on the positive side, that won't still guarantee the next few weeks especially since our immediate goal right now is for the number of your fans to increase. All I hope is that you'll still get new projects once that interview airs next week."

"Manager-nim, let's not worry about the fact if I will or I will not get new projects because one thing I know for certain is that all my current endorsement contracts right now doesn't have any stipulation that hinders me from being in a relationship and besides I'm not an idol that would really need a dating ban so please," Taehyung stated in a controlled manner. Taehyung and his manager just ended their clipped conversation since they are already being ushered into the Chairman's office. 

"Good evening, Hwejangnim," Taehyung's manager greeted instantly after entering the room. "Good evening, Mr. Choi and Taehyungah. I got apprised of the situation and I only have one question. Is there any contract that we have to pay for its termination fee due to the announcement of Taehyung's relationship status?" Namjoon went straight to the point. "There is none, Hwejangnim but it's best for us to think of a solid plan for all the possible scenarios that will arise in the next coming weeks." Taehyung's manager is really seeing a problematic week ahead of them. "Just set a meeting for that tomorrow but for now I want to talk with Taehyung privately. No need to wait for him as well since I'll arrange for someone to bring him home." That statement from Namjoon made Taehyung's manager leave the room even if he is not comfortable with the fact that he is being left in the dark again.
