Date

Jungkook wasn't expecting that Taehyung would display his affection while they're in public. He has an inkling behind the older one's actions but he still doesn't want to make any conclusions. He decided to just enjoy the attention that Taehyung unabashedly gives to him and just do what he has promised to the older one. Jungkook is already happy to receive Taehyung's affection and knows that whatever happens in the future, his feelings towards the older will remain constant.

Jungkook decided to stay at the lounge area after the 20 minutes break of Taehyung and he busied himself with answering the interview questions sent to his email. He was able to talk with his lawyer as well and his decision of terminating his contract with Han-wool is getting stronger every time he gets a report about the possible reason why he was really pushing his limits during their meeting. Jungkook was so focused on his phone that he got startled when Taehyung dropped a kiss on top of his head. "You scared me, hyungie. I thought your meeting won't be done for another hour." Jungkook said after seeing Taehyung behind him. Taehyung just giggled and took a seat next to Jungkook. "Let's go on a date tomorrow Kookie," Taehyung said instead of responding to Jungkook's previous statement.

Jungkook wasn't expecting another development in his relationship with Taehyung. He wasn't expecting that the older one would ask him on a date one day. "I would love to, hyungie," Jungkook said in astonishment. "That's great. I already asked Seokjin hyung's permission and he said yes. I'll pick you up around 10 in the morning?" Taehyung asked. "Sure, hyungie. Where are we going tomorrow?" Jungkook needs to know their destination for tomorrow so he'll know what to wear. "Let's just go to the arcade then probably we can also watch a movie. I don't really have a concrete plan for tomorrow because all I want is to spend the whole day with you," Taehyung said with a soft smile. "I would love to spend the whole day with you as well, hyungie. But are you really certain that this would be a date?" Jungkook is always happy to spend time with Taehyung but he also needs to make sure that he won't misinterpret any of the older man's actions.

"Yes, Kookie. It's a date and hopefully it would be the first out of many. I have to put this on record that it's a date and not a friendly hangout because I won't hold back from showing you my affection. I might smother you with my physical touches because I really love hugging you and I also enjoy holding your hands." Taehyung had previous relationships but he is not affectionate to his ex girlfriends like how he wants to be with Jungkook. He realized that from the start he is already comfortable with Jungkook's presence and he can easily show the younger one his true personality. "You won't smother me, hyungie. Because as I have said before, I will be happy with whatever you are comfortable to share with me. I can hardly wait for tomorrow."

Just like what they had planned, Taehyung and Jungkook spent their whole Saturday with each other. Taehyung arrived 10 minutes early at the Kim household wearing a loose fitting black sweatshirt and brown pants. He didn't have to wait for Jungkook that long since the younger one was so excited that the previous night he already planned his outfit. Jungkook opened their front door already wearing his date outfit of loose black sweatshirt and black sweatpants. They spent three hours at the arcade while playing different games and they were so competitive that at the end they managed to win a big tiger and bunny plushies. They had their lunch afterwards and were hungry enough to finish an extra large pizza just between the two of them. They also decided to watch a movie which they also enjoyed and then they roam around the mall going from one clothing store to another.

Jungkook did not only enjoy the time that he had spent with Taehyung but also the physical touches that the older man warned him about. Jungkook particularly liked the way Taehyung would always hold his hand even if they are getting stared at most of the time. Jungkook also enjoys how Taehyung would give him back hugs every time they win a game at the arcade. Even at the cinema, Taehyung was holding his hand and even let him rest his head on his wide shoulders. Jungkook observed that Taehyung developed a habit of giving him gentle kisses as well and it would usually be on his forehead or at times on his temple. Out of all the ways that Taehyung shows his affection through physical touches, Jungkook's favorite is the way the older man would kiss him on the forehead. Jungkook is so happy having this progress with Taehyung especially since it is something that the older one willingly shared with him.

I almost forgot to update because I was watching my nephews' basketball game 😅 Both of my nephews just recently joined a basketball team with the intention of keeping them away from their gadgets. It seems that my decision of avoiding screen time as well made me go out of the house more often than what I usually do. I hope everyone also had a chance to spend time with their loved ones.
