Q&A

"Hey guys, it's been so long since my last project and I wasn't that active on any of my social media accounts as well," Taehyung said while waving at the camera. "I'm sorry if I wasn't that active but right after my agency made the announcement about my temporary halting of schedules, I grabbed the opportunity to enjoy some personal time and I'm currently living here in Paris. Since it's been so long I decided to make a short Q&A video and I'm thankful for all of the fans that sent in their questions. There are a lot of questions but the staff decided to summarize them since there are questions that are almost similar. And I already talked too much for the introduction so I think it would be best to start with the Q&A," Taehyung grinned while facing the camera and started to read off the questions.

Question 1: One random fact about yourself that you could share with us.

"That I have an elephant in my body," Taehyung cheekily said directly to the camera while showing the said elephant on his biceps.

Question 2: If you could 'flex' something to us, what would it be?

"I'm not really the kind of person who flex or boast about something but for the sake of this interview probably I'll say that I have the most amazing partner and no one can compare to my baby bunny," Taehyung responded confidently.

Question 3: If not an actor, what else would you be?

"I graduated from a film school and have a degree related to broadcasting so there are really a lot of other jobs that I can do behind the camera. I also did my internship at SJN Entertainment under the creative and content management team way before I became one of their artists. So with these experiences I'm also comfortable working behind the scenes," Taehyung responded calmly.

Question 4: Please share with us one of your greatest fears.

"I think it's losing my loved ones. I'm scared of losing my baby bunny. I can't imagine my life without my love," Taehyung softly said and he can be seen playing with the infinity pendant of his bracelet.

Question 5: Please share with us one of your greatest regrets.

"Before filming this interview, I got briefed of the things that I could or couldn't share but for sure everyone got informed about the recent breach of privacy incident that led me to decide about my hiatus and my regret is somewhat related to that incident. One of my biggest regrets is trusting the wrong person," Taehyung said with disappointment clearly evident in his voice.

Question 6: If there's one quote you can share with us, what would it be?

"I'm not sure if it's considered as a quote but I have read this book titled 'The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse' by Charlie Mackesy. The boy asked the question 'What do you think success is?' then the mole answered, 'To love'. And I always feel uplifted everytime I get reminded of that," Taehyung smiled directly to the camera.

Question 7: What's next for you after this interview?

"I know it's been more than a month since I stepped away from the limelight and I became inactive as well in all my social media accounts. I did all of that because of those multiple incidents wherein my personal and private space got violated. A lot of you guys might say that those incidents are the price I have to pay after becoming an actor but it is still something that I have never expected to happen because right from the start I've been honest and firm that I will keep my private life separated from my acting career. Those incidents bode as a big security threat not only to me but to the rest of my family. So for the past month, I spent all my time here in Paris with my partner and I have decided that I will continue to lie low. This interview might be my last project in a while as I will transition more into behind the scene works. I just wanted to thank all of those people who gave their support for me while respecting my privacy. I'm also sorry because I know a lot of you guys would get disappointed because of my decision but perhaps someday you'll get to see another project of mine. I would still be with my agency but I'll be working more behind the scenes and I hope you'll continue to support my other projects even if I'm not at the forefront of it. I hope everyone would always be happy, healthy and safe. This has been Kim Taehyung and let's meet again someday with a smile," Taehyung calmly answered the last question then made aegyo poses in front of the camera as his way of ending the video.

"You did great, Taehyungah. Now, we can focus on your wedding preparations," Namjoon who was able to come to Paris with Seokjin within a few days stated. "Yes hyungie. I'm so glad everyone is coming over to help," Taehyung vocalised his gratitude.

I'm sorry if it's been so long since I last updated this. I was just so busy at work since the third quarter performance of my team was really an uphill battle. This book is nearing its end and I'm really thankful for reading it even if the updates are too irregular. Let's enjoy the Busan concert this coming Saturday and I hope a lot of you laughed out loud while watching the Tannies doing the flying yoga. Keep safe everyone and Borahae.
