Pinky Promise

"Why are you fidgeting so much, Tae?" Jimin can't stop from asking anymore. Jimin has observed that Taehyung kept fidgeting since morning and it's now their lunch time. Jimin and Taehyung are from different fields of study with Jimin being a dance major but they still made sure that they'll have the same classes for their minor subject so since the start of their classes Taehyung was already fidgeting.

"I'm just nervous because Kookie is no longer answering my text messages," Taehyung is really worried that he made Jungkook feel bad with his teasing.

"What have you done for him not to reply to you?" Jimin got curious.

"Here, just read our last conversation because I don't feel like narrating it," Taehyung said while handing over his phone to Jimin. Jimin can only sigh and shake his head with what he just read.

"Why do you have to tease Kookie like this? What would you do if he stopped showing you his love language?" Jimin asked while looking straight at Taehyung's face. He wanted to see how Taehyung would react to his question.

Taehyung could only pout and said, "But teasing is my love language." "Then I hope you get to explain that to Kookie," Jimin told Taehyung before answering his ringing phone.

"OK Yoonie hyung, I'll see you in a bit. I have to go, Tae, Yoongi hyung wanted to bring me to his studio." Taehyung can only nod seeing that Jimin is getting ready to leave him at the cafeteria.

He just hopes that once he goes to Jungkook's studio, the younger one is not sulking anymore.

Taehyung has been standing outside Jungkook's studio for quite some time now and he is still hesitant to go inside. He didn't know what made him tease the younger like that. Just get done with it Taehyung. Don't keep Kookie waiting, Taehyung squared his shoulders and entered Jungkook's studio.

"Kookie, I'm here," Taehyung greeted upon entering the room. "Hi Taehyungie hyung." Taehyung can see how awkward Jungkook is and he doesn't like it.

He likes seeing the animated Jungkook while they're talking or the Jungkook who would smile widely at his corny jokes. But now, Jungkook is going back to being shy and self conscious around him. Taehyung cleared his throat to get Jungkook's attention since the younger one is not looking at him again, "Are you mad at hyungie, Kookie?"

Taehyung witnessed how Jungkook's bambi eyes got even bigger after he heard the question and started shaking his head as a way of saying no. "Then why are you not responding to my messages the whole day?" Taehyung dragged a chair and placed it in front of Jungkook to sit on it then showed the younger one his pouty face.

Taehyung playfully tugged Jungkook's hands and showed his pouty face more. "I just got self conscious and started asking myself if I'm making you uncomfortable because of how I feel towards you," Jungkook murmured.

"You never made me uncomfortable, Kookie. I was just teasing you. I love teasing those people that are close to me," Taehyung said sheepishly. "Please smile for hyungie. I don't like seeing your sad face. I promise to tell you if I feel any discomfort towards any of your actions. Hyungie will do a pinky promise with you," Taehyung offered his pinky finger towards Jungkook and waited for the other person to reciprocate.

Jungkook smiled and intertwined his pinky fingers to complete the promise. Taehyung then beamed at Jungkook and started pinching his very cute nose which the younger tried to deflect.

"Hyungie, stop pinching my nose or else I won't give you my gift," Jungkook whined which made Taehyung stop what he was doing. "You're just so cute Kookie that I can't stop myself from squishing your nose." Jungkook just sighed after hearing that remark from Taehyung. Instead of arguing that he is not cute, Jungkook just handed over his gift to Taehyung since that was really the reason why he asked to meet with him.
