Chapter 16

Danger's POV:

I slowly blinked my eyes open, but then quickly shut them because of the sunlight peering through the curtains. I went to lift my arm, and realized Kennedy was laying on my chest. I looked down at her. She looked so innocent and peaceful, i didn't want to wake her up. I moved my free hand to her hair and stroked her soft locks. The comforter was covering just over her chest, and it was pinned down by her arm. I smiled as i thought about last night. That was the best sex i had in years. But, it wasn't just... sex. I made love to her, and it was amazing.

I heard her low whimpering and i looked at her. She rubbed her eyes and opened one eye. I chuckled a little bit at her bed/sex hair as she looked up at me.

"Morning." I smiled. She grumbled and put her head back down. "Okay then, sunshine." I laughed.

I moved my hand down to her arm and lightly traced my finger on her skin. I felt her smile against my bare chest.

"How are you feeling?" I asked.

"I'm in a little pain, but i'll live." Her raspy morning voice sent chills through my body.

"You hungry? I'll make you breakfast in bed." I offered, started to sit up a little.

She nodded and sat up, holding the blanket up to her chest.

I swung my legs over the edge of the bed and grabbed my boxers that were on the floor. I put both feet through, and pulled them up.

"Can you make blueberry pancakes?" She scratched her head.

"Of course baby girl." I cooed and kissed her head. "You lay back down."

I saw a smile grow on her face after my first remark. I walked out the room and made my way downstairs. I walked into the kitchen and Tiff was eating Honey Nut Cheerios in her underwear.

"Tiff did you forget i was here." I put my head down.

She made a noise, telling me that she didn't, and finished chewing her food, "No i didn't. I though you'd still be sleep. My bad." She shrugged.

"What time is i-" I looked at the clock on the stove, "Oh what the fuck. It's 9 am."

"Exactly." Tiff snorted.

"damn. Oh well. I'm making breakfast for Kenny, do you want some?"

She squealed as she took another mouth full of Cheerios.

"What?"

She swallowed, "THAT NICKNAME IS SO CUTE."

I felt my face get warm and i shook my head, and quickly walked to the pantry to fine the pancake mix.

"i would love some breakfast, but it's okay. Ace is coming to get me anyway we were going to go to IHOP."

"Oh okay. Is he up too?"

"Yeah. But i'm going to go raid Kennedy's closet now." Tiff shrugged putting her empty bowl in the sink, and walking up the stairs.

"She's naked."
