Chapter 14

Two weeks later
Jisoo pov
Now that my leg has fully recovered I'm back to work. "it's time for lunch, taehyung must be eating, I'll call him" I said to myself.
I tried calling him but he didn't answer. I tried once again but he still didn't pick up. I assumed he was busy so I didn't call again.
I noticed that he was really focused on his work nowadays.
"jisoo what's wrong? why do you look upset?" hyerin asked me.
"Huh? No it's just the work load" I replied.
Or was I upset?

I reached home and decided to make all his favourite dishes as he might be stressed because of work.
After I finished cooking I set the table with the food.
It was getting late but taehyung still hasn't arrived.
I sat on the couch waiting for him.
I didn't realise I fell asleep until taehyung came.
"Taehyung your finally here why did you take so long?" I asked.
" I had a lot of work." he replied.
"OK that's fine but I made dinner let's eat." I said.
"I already had dinner" he said coldly and headed upstairs.
I was really disappointed and frustrated. I wanted to have dinner with him. Why do I feel like he's falling out of love? Is he going back to his old self? I decide not to eat as I lost my appetite.

I enter our room and lay down beside him. I embrace him from behind. I long for his kisses. Before going to bed he always used to kiss me but now he doesn't. I miss his warm hugs so much. "I love you taehyung" I said.
But he doesn't respond he's probably asleep. I can't let him fall out of love I need to make this marriage work.

I woke up as I felt the bright sun hit my face. I give taehyung a peck on his lips. "Tae wake up" I said. "it's Saturday why are you waking me up I want to sleep" he said.
"I know Tae but let's go out it's been a while since we spent time together" I said. "hmm" he replied.
"I'll go to the bathroom make sure to get up before I'm done." I said.

I saw taehyung was still asleep as I exited the bathroom. "taehyung I told you to get up comon let's go out" I said. "JISOO WHY DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND? I SAID I WANT TO SLEEP JUST STOP ANNOYING ME AND LEAVE" he shouted making my heart break into pieces. I don't say anything and just leave the house.

I knock on the door and she immediately opens the door. "chu what's wrong why are you crying?" jennie asked me.
"Jennie I just want to speak to you my life is a mess right now." I reply.
"just come in." she said.
"tell me what's wrong who hurt you? I'll break their bones" jennie said.
"Jennie you know that taehyung confessed his feeling for me. Everything was going well but suddenly he started being really cold to me. He works for a longer period now and comes home late. It just feels like he's falling out of love. He doesn't kiss or hug me anymore. I just wanted to spend time with him today but he got mad and shouted at me." I said.
" I love him jennie but he doesn't I can't loose him what should I do? " I asked.
" jisoo, I feel like since the beginning it's always been you who's trying to make this marriage work. Why should it be only you? I think he loves you as he confessed to you but he can't treat you like this. Show him how important you are to him." jennie said." how jennie? Everything is a mess." I said.
"maybe stop caring about him that much. Tell him your going out with your friends and come home late let's see if he cares." she said.
"Jennie are you sure it's gonna work?"
I asked. "yes jisoo trust me." she said

This was chapter 14 I hope guys liked it. This whole week I had no motivation to write my anxiety was really bad but I'll try to update more.
