Chapter 11

Jisoo pov
I woke up the next morning with taehyungs strong arms around my waist. I loved his touch so much.
I freed my waist and turned to face him. I checked his temperature. His fever was gone.
He was still asleep so I decided to quickly take a shower and get changed. When I came out I saw taehyung already woke up.
"Jisoo what time is it?" he asked rubbing his eyes.
"It's time to get up, hurry up and get ready you have work today I'll make breakfast." I said.
I took taehyungs cloths out for him before heading downstairs to make breakfast.

Taehyung pov
I feel much better today. I quickly got up and took a shower. When I went back to my room I saw jisoo already got my cloths out for me. I smiled because of that. She making so much effort to make this marriage work.

Jisoo pov
I made breakfast and saw taehyung come down. He looks so handsome in this suit. "Jisoo can you do my tie up for me" he asked.
"Kim taehyung your twenty-seven and can't do a tie?" I said to tease him.
"jisoo can you just do it for me please." he said cutely.
How can I say no to that?
"okay wait" I said and started doing his tie. I could feel his gaze on me the whole time. Our faces were so close. I tried not to blush.
"Done" I said and smiled.
"I'm hungry Where's my breakfast?" he asked. "It's ready have some patience taehyung." I said.
We had breakfast and headed out together. Taehyung said he'd drop me off on his way.
" Taehyung my office is here I'll go now see you at home bye. " I said.
"Bye jisoo" he replied.
After that i went inside of my office.
It feels so weird to be back working again.
"Welcome back jisoo! " one of my colleague hyerin said and hugged me. I hugged her back. I became really close to hyerin when I started working here.
"I missed you so much" I said.
"Same. And you're so lucky you got so many days off." hyerin said.
"I know I didn't think sir would allow me but thankfully he did." I said."And how's your husband? Is he treating you right? She asked.
" He's good and he is treating me right. "I replied.
"Let's get back to work now before sir gets angry. "I said and she nodded.

Sir gave me so many files to check.
I have so much work to do. I don't know if I'll be able to go home on time. I'm finally done with the files.
"jisoo, sir called you in his cabin" another one of my colleagues said.
"Okay I'll be there in a minute." I said.
"Yes sir did you call me?" I asked.
"Yes I did." he replied.
I want our company to collab with the Park Enterprise it's the biggest company in Korea. And I want you to make a presentation about our company and present it in front of the ceo of Park Enterprise." he said.
"Are you sure Mr min? I'm not sure if I'll be able to do it."i asked.
"No jisoo you're my best worker and I'm giving you a very big responsibility and I think you are very able" Mr min said.
"thank you sir I'll try my best." I said with a smile.

I started working on the presentation straight away. I really wanted to impress sir so I could get promoted.
I realised that it was too late to have lunch so I decided to just carry on with my work. I wasn't hungry anyways.

No one pov
Everyone in jisoo's office noticed how hard she was working so hard.
Jisoos back was paining due to sitting in the same position for hours but she still kept on working until it was time to leave.

Taehyung pov
I returned home and saw jisoo on laying one the couch. She looks so tired. "Jisoo when did you come?" I asked. "I came just now." she said sitting up properly.
"What happened? You look so tired." I asked worried about her.
"I had so much work i didn't even have lunch. You're so lucky taehyung you are your own boss. Ahh my back hurts so much. I just want to sleep" she replied.
I feel bad for her she didn't even have lunch.
"But it feels good to be back working right?" I asked.
"Yes I guess so. And you know what I have to make a presentation and present it in front of the ceo of Park Enterprise. I'm excited but nervous too." she said.
"Don't be nervous I'm sure you'll do great." I said.
"Thank you. Go and get changed I'll make dinner. " she said.
"no let's order food you're really tired today." I said.
She smiled and said okay.
We went upstairs and got changed.
"I'll go get it." jisoo said after hearing the bell ring.
We started eating.
"How's the food do you like it?" I asked. "Yes it's really good." she replied.
We finished the food and went back to our room.

After coming out of the toilet I saw jisoo struggling to apply the pain relieving cream on her exposed back.
"oh taehyung your here" she said trying to cover her back.
"let me do it for you." I said.
"no you don't need to do-" "it's fine jisoo I'll do it" I said cutting her off.
I took the cream and started applying it on her back.
I could feel my face turn red. I was really close to her.

Jisoo pov
My heart beat faster everytime he made contact with my back.
His touch felt so soothing . But is he feeling the way I am?
"Done." he said.
"Oh thank you." I said.
"Let's sleep now" I said.
"Okay" he replied shortly.
I fell asleep as soon as I layed down on the bed.

Taehyung pov
Is she asleep already? She must be so tired from working. She didn't even have lunch. She'll become ill if she continues doing this.
I caressed her face. Why am I feeling this way? I come closer to her face and give her a peck on the lips. I don't know why but she's different. I've never felt this way for anyone. I think I love her.
