Part 45

It's been 1 month since I get back from Sydney. In this one month a lot of things changed. I am going out every weekend and am am hanging up with people all the time. I am having a lot of fun. I am good in school and I am enjoying going in it. I have found the good side of leaving in Melbourne and now I am very relaxed here. Luke is with me all the time. He became my BFF. To bad he is not a girl, but I've got Ivy too. We are talking on the phone every day so I have girl BFF too. 

One thing didn't change. I didn't forgot about Michael and I still have feelings for him. That in killing me. I didn't saw him or heard him since the last time we saw in Sydney, but I didn't forgot about him. I am trying to forget about him. I want to forget about him. I trying to avoid conversations about him and Luke and Ivy now know that they shouldn't talk to me about him.
That was my life in this one month, enjoying in Melbourne and learning to live without Michael. This days I was feeling much better and all this forgetting Michael thing is working.

I was in the school and I was in the garden with Sarah. By the way she is not with Luke. She said no to him and I still didn't found out why she said no. They are good friends now. Maybe that was better
"Did you finish with you math project?" she asked me
"Yeah, I need some last things to finish, but yeah, it's ready" I smiled
"That great. Hope you'll win some place for it." she said
"Yeah, thank you"
"Mr. Styles is hoping too." she laughed
"Oh, not again with that."
"But it so obviously and he is so hot" she smiled
"He is my professor, It can't be."
"You know, but you know what I am thinking."
"Sarah, don't try to convince me..." I said that and someone interrupted me
Mr. Styles came to us
"Cara, can you come to my office please." he said to me
"Oh, sure Mr. Styles" I said, but I got surprised
He left and I stayed to pick up my stuffs, then I get up
"Good luck" Sarah laughed
"Shut up" I laughed to and I went to the office

I knocked and I get in the room
"Mr. Styles?" I said when I get in the room
"We have some problem" he said to me and I got really worried
"What is it?"
"School director said that we can't participate in this math competition."
"What? Why?"
"I don't know, there are some problems and.."
"I can't believe. I was 2 month preparing this project. It can't be" I got really upset
"I got a solution" he smiled
"You can participate like individual, not from the school. I can be you mentor." he smiled again
"We can do that?" I asked him. I was really surprised.
"Yeah, of course." he said and I felt relived.
"Oh, thank you so much Mr. Styles." I smiled to him. I was so happy because my project wasn't for nothing
"For nothing Cara. Just one more thing"
"Yeah?"
"Stop call me Mr. Styles. Mr. Styles in the classroom, outside of it I am only Jack." he smiled
"Um, ok" I got a little bit embarrassed.
I get out of the office and I went to class. When I finished I school I went for a walk on the beach. I was doing that in the last month. It was relaxing me.
While I was walking, my phone rang. I took it. It was Ivy.
"Cara... what's up?" he screamed on the phone. She was so happy.
"Nothing special, but looks like there is something with you"
"No, just in a good mood today." she laughed
"You can't lie to me"
"No, I am serious. What are you doing?"
"Walking on the beach. I want to talk with you about something" I said to her
"About my math professor" I said
"Oh, don't even think about it Cara. Don't. He is so older than you." she said
"He is the same age like Nate" I laughed
"OMG, really?" she asked surprisingly. "Never mind about that, but he is you professor."
"I know, but..."
"He is not the only cute man in the world" she interrupted me
"No, it's not about that."
"Then?"
"I think that's the only way to forget about Michael."
"Oh, you surprised me. You didn't talk about him."
"Because I want to forget about him and I can't"
"Oh, I don't know what to say."
"Listen I decided. If he tries something with me, I'll go for it and I'll try."
"That's not ok. He can lose his job"
"I won't marry him Ivy. I'll just be with him, in secret."
"I am still not sure Cara, but I don't know, try." she said
We talked a few more minutes, then I went home.
I spend the rest of my day with my parents and Philip.
