The Promise

"Where you want to go?" he asked me while we were driving
"Nowhere" I said
"Why?"
"We can't go in public places. You are my professor and I am your student. Someone can think about some wrong things?"
"Do they have reason to think about that things?" he looked at me
"Are you flirting with me?" I smiled
"What do you think?" he laughed
"That we need to stop answering with questions" I smiled
"and know you are changing the subject." he said
"You are serious." I looked at him
"I am." he made some serious face to me
"You have crush on your student"
"Yeah" he smiled to me
He stopped the car near the beach, in some dark place.
"and know?" I looked at him
"I am waiting for an answer."
"What's the question?"
"Do you help me lose my job?" he laughed.
"Haha, that was the most creative thing that some boy said to me" I had a pretty good laugh
"and I am still waiting"
"Let's be serious, ok."
"Don't start about the age please." he interrupted me
"No ages are not problem. I can let you lose your job."
"I won't lose it. I am leaving the school next semestar."
"What? Don't tell me about me, I am gonna kill you."
"Maybe, but I've good a better job."
"Where?"
"In the college" he smiled "Like an assistant."
"Oh, that awesome." I smiled
"and?"
"I just got out from relationship" I said
"I know, Mikey?" he smiled
"Yeah... and he hurt me."
"How can someone hurt you?" he took my hand and he touched my face
"Jack..."
"He can go to the hell" he said that and he kissed me. OMG he kissed me. My math professor kissed me and I didn't refuse it. I remembered about the think I said to Ivy, that I will try to forget Michael and I continued
"What the hell are we doing?" I asked him
"Kissing" he laughed and he kissed me again
"I am serious. You are my math professor. What am I doing?" I said that and I get out of the car

"Cara..." he went after me
"I am going to regret about this" I said
"About what?"
"About this" I said and I kissed him. What the hell was happening to me? In one moment I wanted to kiss him and in other moment I didn't.
"We'll try, ok? he said to me and we went for a walk on the beach

"It's yes right?" he asked me in one moment
"No, it isn't, not yet. We'll wait." I said to him
"Oh, ok"

In one moment while we were walking back to the car, my phone rang. It was Michael. I only saw it and I didn't answer it. Jack didn't saw who is and I didn't told him. I didn't knew why is he calling me. He is not calling me anymore, why today, why in these moments, when I am with someone else.
We get in the car and he took me home. We arrived and we were in front of my house.
"So, see you in Monday" I said to him
"Yeah, math class, I supposed to be your professor" he laughed
"Bye Jack" I kissed him in the cheek and I get out of the car.

I went home. When I told my parents they got very happy and they said that they are very proud of me. My mum made a dinner and we were all together.

Then I went to my room and I spend a few minutes just sitting and thinking about all that kisses. I liked it, but I also new that wasn't Michael. I was in a big mess. What's going on with my life. I can't have a normal boyfriend. Then I heard that my phone rang. It was Ivy
"I kissed him" was the first think I said to her
"What do you mean you kissed him" she asked me curiously
"Actually he kissed me first, but the I kissed him back and we kissed"
"You are kidding me right?"
"No, I am serious and I am in a big mess." I said her and I told her everything that happened
We talked for an hour. She said that I need to end up these with him, because it's mistake. I knew that was mistake, but there is always but.

I spend all my weekend thinking about it. In some moments I was thinking about Michael too. I am having a big problems. I can't believe this is happening to me.

It came Monday. I got ready and I went to school. I was too nervous, because I will see Jack again, but these time like my professor. It's going to be fun. While I was getting in the school I met with Luke. We said hi to each other and he congrats me for the place I have won.
"I am sorry, but I can't hide. Ivy told me." he said to me
"Oh, of course she did it. I can't believe."
"Don't be mad at her" Luke said to me with sad face
"I am not mad at her, but I'll be at you if you tell to your friend"
"Ups." he said and I realized that he already told him
"You didn't. OMG Luke."
"I needed to tell him, he is my friend"
"I get it. Never mind, nothing special, just another problem for me" I made fake smile and we get in the classroom. We had math. If I survive this I will survive everything
I sat on my place. A few minutes later, Jack came. He looked at me and he made a little smile.
He started teaching and talking about the lesson we had. I was looking at him while he was talking. I couldn't believe that I've kissed that lips. He looked so hot. It wasn't so bad to see him like my professor. I was smiling all the time and he saw it.
The class was already over and Jack finished with the lesson. he sat on his desk an he started writing something.
"Cara did you really won 2nd place in the competition?" some of the girls in the class asked me
"Yeah" I said and I looked at Jack. He stopped writing.
"Good job Mr. Styles" she said
"Cara was the only reason for the wining it" he said and he looked at me
"By the way Cara, come later in my office to took your documents from it" he said to me
"Ok Mr. Styles" I said and in that moment the bell rang.
We all get out of the classroom and I went with Jack in his office.
