Wooyoung stood infront of the big building while the wind blew through his once styled hair. He had dark long hair reaching his nose, too broke to go to any hair dresser and get a new cut. But that wasn't so big of a deal, as the long hair kind of grew on him.

God, please let me be lucky only this once. Hopefully this is going to go well,
he thought as he looked around. There were many police cars parked outside, some officers going in and out. There were people dressed in their uniforms and some were dressed casual, which should be the ones that work undercover.

He entered the building and went to the receptionist. There was a young woman looking on her computer screen, typing something.

"Hello, I'm Jung wooyoung. I'm the new employee in the police department."

The woman looked up as she stood up.

"Oh, you must be the top graduate in criminology! Nice to meet you. They're actually waiting for you," she pressed a button and then after a while some guy in red hair came towards them.

He had a nice and unique style and wooyoung was almost immediately intrigued.

"Hi, nice to meet you! I'm kim hongjoong. But you can call me just hyung."
He gave him a bright smile and wooyoung liked his vibes.

Hongjoong led him to their office of the quote on quote 'best detectives in town' and wooyoung began to feel nervous. His heart beat rapidly and it would have been a dream come true if it wasn't for the threats he was receiving and his intentions.

The first guy he was introduced to was Choi Jongho. He was actually very close to his age and was wearing specs, giving him a very fashionable look. After seeing both of them looking good he kind of felt bad with his hair thrown together from the wind and an oversized Pulli making him shrink in size.

The next one was Jeong Yunho, a golden retriever like human with a bright friendly smile that made you warm up to him immediately.

"There is still a person you have to meet, but he'll be here soon," Hongjoong explained and Yunho turned to him again.

"Now that you're mentioning him.. your name is Jung wooyoung, right? Aren't you that boy that got involved in a scene at the bar a few nights ago?" Yunho mentioned and Wooyoung didn't know if him remembering was a good or bad thing.

"Right.. that's me haha," he awkwardly said and avoided eye contact.

Shit this is embarrassing. No woo, you have nothing to be ashamed of! You saved their incompetent asses back there, he thought while trying to build his confidence back up.

"Oh really?" For some reason Hongjoong was chuckling way too much while he was having a mental breakdown.

"I think there might be someone that won't be fond of you joining our team, but don't take it to heart, he's just very petty," Hongjoong assured him.

"Who's petty?" A deeper voice came from the door. Entering the office, there stood Choi San in a black shirt, his ID card hung from his neck down to his big chest muscles, a serious look on his face.

Wooyoung slightly shook his head, scolding his observations. He couldn't believe he had to work with San.
He left out a huge scoff as he looked away.

San's eyes also widening when he took in wooyoung standing in his office.

"What the hell is he doing here?" San asked accusingly as he scanned each face of his coworkers.

"You don't welcome a new worker like this now, do you? Say hi to wooyoung, our rookie detective, but did you know he was the best graduate? I think we're the one that have to learn from him," Hongjoong patted his shoulders supportingly.

Wooyoung slightly smirked at sans stunned and annoyed face.

"It's nice to see you again, too. San-ssi," he gave him a bright cute smile, but only got a glare back.

"He is not going to work with us. I don't approve," he turned away from wooyoung completely ignoring his presence in the room.

"Don't be so childish, San. He obviously has the qualification to work here with us," Yunho said while turning his laptop on.

"No, I'm not being childish! Don't you think it's a bit weird that he gets to work in our office even though he's just a rookie?" He asked in a slightly raised tone and Hongjoong sighed.

Wooyoung suddenly became a bit nervous, since he didn't expect San to pick up on it this fast. He was glad that the others didn't question it, but San of course had to do something to raise suspicion.

"Actually yeah, I was wondering too," Jongho started, after staying silent the whole time.

Alls the attention was now on him and he could feel sans intense dark gaze on him daring him to leave.

"I was transferred because of my skills. They thought it would be a waste of talent to work in a small office."

San let out the biggest scoff as he averted his eyes, rolling them.

"You cannot be serious," San sat down at his table, incredibly pissed of. He was trying to control his nerves because honestly, what was wooyoung thinking?

First, he came and interfered in his plans and then in his mission and now he makes himself home in his office. San scoffed again as he looked back at him while he was chatting with the others.

San scanned him from head to toe leaning back in his chair. Their was something more than annoying in wooyoung that he couldn't pinpoint. He watched him as he let out a laugh at something Yunho said while covering his mouth with his big sweater paws.

He didn't trust wooyoung and his stories. He had to see it himself to figure out whether he was worth trusting, san thought as he turned on his laptop and started to research.
