The first thing San noticed about Wooyoung's home was the coziness. It was much warmer compared to outside and everything had a warm tone to it.

He couldn't describe it, but everything was like Wooyoung if he would had been furniture and objects. He shook his head at the dumb idea and took in the small, yet enough for one person apartment.

Wooyoung threw his shoes off and immediately made his way into a room, which was probably his bedroom. While he was away, San scanned the living room only with his eyes, since he didn't want to wet anything.

There weren't many pictures on the desks and walls, like there normally would be. Only one small picture frame on the table beside his sofa. It was a young cute boy posing with a peace sign at the camera with a big familiar smile.

The door opened again and Wooyoung came back to him with clothes in his hands.

"Here, change into these if you don't want to get sick. The pants should fit, i don't know about the top though." He said and shortly glanced at his chest and then turned around again.

"You can change here, I will wait inside." He mentioned and shut his door. San looked at the given clothes and it was an all in black outfit. He was glad it at least fitted his taste so he began changing.

As he had said, the pants weren't really the problem, albeit a bit short on his legs.
The t-shirt he gave him was gripping his biceps and chest kind of tightly, but it was okay.

Wooyoung came out, also changed into new clothes. He took in San's outfit and smiled.

"It doesn't look bad! It looked better on me though, not gonna lie," he smirked and walked to the open kitchen. San rolled his eyes and sat down on the sofa.

He watches Wooyoung make some warm tea and took him in. He was wearing an oversized pullover again with bear Pyjamas. The corners of his mouth slightly lifted when he looked at it, only to fall immediately again after realizing.

"I'm surprised you have something in your wardrobe other than oversized hoodies," he spoke up when Wooyoung came to him with two cups.

He noticed his face slightly freezing at the mention. Then he let out a forced chuckle.

"Well, the t-shirt was meant to be oversized as well," he pointed at the clothing San was wearing, not looking at him in the face and San only smirked as a respond.

He took the cup with a small "thank you" and sipped it. It was vanilla raspberry flavored, not fitting the mood of the weather right now. It gave him summer feels, kind of like Wooyoung.

Even the tea gave him Wooyoung vibes, there must be something wrong with him, he thought.

It was silent for the first time that night and even if San didn't want to admit it, it felt comfortable.

Wooyoung felt the tiredness of before hit him again as he yawned. San's gaze fell on him, intense, like every time he looks at him.

Are his eyes usually this intense, he thought as he broke off the eye contact and glanced at the window outside.

"It doesn't look like it will stop anytime soon," he voiced out his concern and San sighed.

"I will just go through it, before it worsens," he made an attempt to stand up, but Wooyoung's hands immediately flew at him.

"No, have you gone crazy?? It's already at his worst state even with thunder. Even if I don't like you, I can't let you go out like this."

San raised his eyebrows at that. "Why do you care?" He asked him coldly, looking at him with an intimidating gaze. He didn't like it, when people worried about him as if he was too weak to handle it himself or when they were too noisy about his life.

"What do you mean? Any sane human being wouldn't let someone get out in this weather,"Wooyoung confusedly retorted. For him it was obvious to act humble no matter if you like the person or not.

"Are you sure you don't have anything else in mind?" San asked pissed off.
Wooyoung didn't know what he tried to imply but his tone gave him a bad feeling in his gut.

"What do you think and expect of me?" Wooyoung silently asked with a frown on his face. They stared into each other's eyes, San having a strong gaze like always.

San couldn't figure out, why he didn't like Wooyoung's tone. Maybe he didn't expect him to react like this or he wasn't as cold hearted as he expected himself to be because of the unexpected reaction. He couldn't deal with emotions, especially not the emotions of others.

He also couldn't see what Wooyoung was up to. He thought he's pretty decent at reading peoples intentions, but something about the way Wooyoung acts throws him off. He doesn't seem to be dangerous, but for San he was still very suspicious.

Why would he feel bad for me, when he doesn't like me?

San always had his guard up, not willing to let anyone inside.

Wooyoung averted his eyes to the ground and stood up.

"Whatever. You can stay if you like," sassy Wooyoung was back and made his way into his room, closing the door behind him.

San sighed and leaned back onto the sofa. He rested his head and let his arm fall above his eyes. To be honest, he was very tired. He stayed late at the station, because of all the incoming cases. He still didn't see the seriousness of the given case Wooyoung was working on so he let him and took a look at the other ones.

There wasn't usually this much work, but this time there was a huge pile on the desk. His eyes became sleepy and he took a last look at the pounding rain, as he slipped into dreamland.

When he woke up, and it was still relatively dark, the rain seemed like it stopped so he decided it would be the best to go home. He couldn't go to work with Wooyoung's clothes, obviously.

When he opened his eyes properly, he noticed the blanket draped over him. He didn't remember falling asleep with a blanket so Wooyoung must have given it to him when he was asleep.

He stared at it blankly for a few seconds before standing up and grabbing his shoes. He noticed Wooyoung's door to be slightly open and glanced inside unintentionally.

There he saw wooyoung sleeping curled up on his bed with white sheets. He looked peaceful, like he didn't have any harm and just trying to survive in this cruel world.

He shook his head and landed his hand on the door knob to open the front door and noticed a envelope sitting right at the entrance probably slipped inside from under the door. He picked it up and scanned the envelope. 'For Jung Wooyoung' and it says it's from the landlord and an admonition.

San raised his eyebrows at that, but didn't want to be noisy so he let it fall to the ground again to not raise suspicion. He took a last look at his apartment and shut the door silently.

On his ride back home thoughts were running through his head. Was he financially struggling? How did he manage to attend college then. Maybe his parents helped him or he got a scholarship. That's probably it, thought San as he went inside his home throwing himself on his bed.

Shit, he thought. He still had his clothes on.
