Raven's PoV

"Kung kaya ko lang sumama... sana hindi na ko nakipaghiwalay. Sana ipinaglaban ko na lang na masamahan siya sa pagpapagaling niya. Delikado na buhay niya dahil sa tumor niya sa utak pero ayaw niya umalis ma... dahil saken... and I... I don't want him to die but I still killed him..."

I decided to go to the restaurant to see Vince but I ended up hearing those words from her. I don't understand... I woke up in a coma and my mom said that I got into an accident. I remembered being hit by a car after she broke up with me... but other than that wala akong maalala.

"Ano ba talagang totoo?" Sambit ko sa sarili ko holding on my head frustrated. I can't sleep.

"Malala ang naging tama mo that we had to bring you here to be treated, Raven"

"R-raven?"

"Yes. Raven ang pangalan mo, anak"

I recovered without any other memories... bumalik ako ng Pinas dahil sa cases na need ko asikasuhin but then memories started flashing back I can't even continue on with my reason here. Ang gulo gulo. Hindi ko na alam sinong dapat kong paniwalaan.

"Something bugging you?"

"Monica? Bat gising ka pa?"

"It's already morning I should be the one asking you that"

"T-talaga?" Sambit ko na lang

"Si Christine ba?"

"No. Why would I think about her"

"Alam mo Vincent-"

"Raven nga"

"Whatever. Ikaw lang din naman makakasagot sa mga hindi mo maintindihan eh. Narinig mo din ang sinabi niya kahapon. I also kept on telling you she has reasons."

"How did you know?"

"I followed you? Duh"

"Stalker ka ba? Psh"

"But see? You hate her but you can't even admit you want them close"

"Hindi ko na alam"

"Vincent ang utak oo nakakalimot yan. But when your heart decides to remember a person, it never fades. Puso ang pakinggan mo"

"What are you? Adviser?"

"Tch. Matulog ka na nga!"

"Maybe, I shouldn't have come to the Philippines. Everything's a mess"

"But you're here. And this is what's meant to happen"

"Ano pa bang alam mo Monica?"

"Everything?"

"What?"

"But I'm not in the position to tell you"

"Why?"

"Si Christine lang ang makakasagot niyan Vincent"

"But... why did mom tell me I was Raven?"

"Simple. She hates her."

"Christine?"

"Yup. Napakalayo ng pamumuhay niya sa pamilya mo. She hates that. But then it's her who you clung into. Na lalong kinainis ng mama mo"

"Seryoso ka ba? My mom can't do that"

"You don't know your mom if you say that"

CJ's PoV

"C-cen..." sambit ko when I saw him outside the restaurant. Wala dito ang anak namin dahil weekday at may pasok.

"I need answers" diretsong sagot niya.

"A-answers on what?"

"Why?"

"H-ha?"

"Bakit mo ko iniwan?"

"Cen..."

"Stop calling me that. Answer me"

Huminga ako ng malalim bago nagsalita, "sa loob tayo mag-usap"

"Okay na ko dito"

"It's gonna take a while so kung gusto mo talaga masagot lahat... pumasok ka" I said and gladly sumunod naman siya

Hindi ko alam san magsisimula but then he spoke up.

"Why did you break up with me?"

"K-kasi... kailangan"

"What?"

"You were dying... pero sabi mo noon... hindi ka aalis kasi maiiwan mo ko. But the treatments can only be done abroad. Hindi kita masasamahan, at ayaw mo dahil don"

"You could've just talked to me"

"Ginawa ko na yun... but you don't listen... na nilapitan na ko ng mama mo"

"Mama?"

"She told me to break up with you so you wouldn't have any reason to stay... at pumayag ka magpagamot"

"My mom can't do that"

"Wala naman ako mapapala kung sisiraan ko mama mo." Sambit ko na nagpatahimik sa kanya.

"If I have a choice hindi ko naman gagawin yung ginawa ko... but... I want you to live... gusto ko pang mabuhay ka."

"By breaking my heart?"

"Cen..." sambit ko holding his hand looking straight into his eyes, "I loved you... I really did. Sana naman maniwala ka..."

"Oh Raven, may naalala ka ba?" Bungad ni Terrence nang bumalik sila galing sa pagdedeliver kaya nailayo niya ang kamay niya saken.

The coldness that he shows me tears my heart into pieces... it's like... I never existed. Ni hindi niya ako matingnan sa mukha...

"Aalis na ko" simpleng sagot niya bago siya lumabas ng resto pero hinabol siya ni Terrence.

"Tubig oh, insan" sambit ni Patrick pero hagulgol na lang yung nagawa ko

"Sabihin mo lang samen kung di mo na kaya, insan..."
