Chapter 5 - I have something to tell you

Chrissys pov -

I woke up to the sound of thunder. It was still thunder storming. I then realized I was still hugging Eddie and he still was holding me. I tightened my grip on him.

"Princess, not so tight." He said in his morning voice. I just stayed there frozen with my face completely red. I felt his hands grab my arms and took them off of him. "Chrissy it's okay." He chuckled. I looked up at him. "Your so beautiful in the mornings." I blurted out. I quickly let go of him. He smiled a toothy grin.

I looked away. "Princess." He said as he lifted up my chin to look at him. "It's okay to compliment the freak of the school." He chuckled.

"No it's not that." I said as I started taking his hands off my chin. "It's just. Eddie, I've been.... in love with you s - sense forever." I said surprised at my own self for being able to tell him.

"How so?" He questioned.

"What do you mean how so?" I asked confused.

"I mean, Chrissy, how are you in love with me?" He said looking down. "I'm a freak." He said looking back up after a couple of seconds.

"Eddie." I said looking into his innocent eyes. "I love you. I love everything about you. Your sweet innocent eyes, your fluffy hair, your style, your rings, your voice, how sweet you are, how you only let me touch your hair, how you take care of me, how you make sure I'm okay, how everyday I go to school and you give me the biggest smile, how your smile makes me smile, how you feel like home." I said looking away. "Even if you are a freak.... Eddie, your my freak, and your the coolest, most amazing, talented , beautiful, sweet, innocent freak I've ever met in my life." I said happily. I looked up and Eddie looked shocked.

"Y- you really love me like that?" He questioned as happy tears started to fall from his eyes.

"Yes Eddie, of course I do." I said wiping away his tears. As I took my hands off his cheeks, he put his on mine.

"You don't know how long I have wanted to do this Chrissy." He said as he gently placed his lips on mine. I kissed back, I could feel a smile form on his lips.

We pulled away. As we layed back down I layed right on his chest and played with his hair. "I love you Eddie Munson." I said.

"And I love you, Chrissy Cunningham." He said as he gently kissed my lips.
