Chapter 10 - Confessions and Heartbreak

Chrissys pov -

I woke up to the sound of Eddie playing his electric quitar. He was sitting at the end of the bed. He was playing a soft tune, assuming the reason why was because he was probably trying not to wake me up.

I sat up and rubbed my eyes. Eddie turned to look at me. "I'm sorry sweetheart, did I wake you?" He asked in a caring tone as he move towards me and rested his hand on my thigh.

"No, not at all." I said sarcastically in a playful tone. He patted my leg and sat back at the end of the bed again, continuing to play his guitar.

I crawled over and sat beside him, resting my head on his shoulder. He smiled down at me and kissed my forehead as he continued to play. "Oh yeah Chrissy!" He said excitedly as he set the guitar down. "I need to tell you something important." He said as he lifted me up by my waist and sat me on his lap.

"What is it?" I said sleepily, grabbing his hand and playing with his rings. He smiled down at me, kissing my forehead again.

"Well the kids and our other senior friends including Steve, and including Mike, were wondering.. if we wanted to hang out with them at the arcade." He said sheepishly, looking down at me with a smile. I took this opportunity to convince him other wise.

I interlocked our fingers and put my other hand on his face. I kissed him softly. It turned into a heated make out session before we both pulled away for air.

"What if... we just.. stayed home?" I asked in a soft voice, walking my two fingers up his chest. I then kissed his neck, giving me a better chance of him saying yes. He slowly nodded as I pulled away.

"I think that's  a really good idea." He said softly as he started to kiss me more, he pulled away. "But I promised them we woulddddddddd." He said as he lifted me off his lap and got up to get ready.
