Chapter: 19 "The Graduation Day"

"Brother!!!!! Hurry up!!! We need to go now!!!" I shouted.

"Alright! Alright! Coming!" He shouted back.

He went out of his room..

"Whoa! Mom!!! Kindly please remind me that Nico is my brother!! Why do you look so handsome???" I uttered.

Mom laughed and laughed....

"I know!" He winked at me.

"Ugh!!! Let's go!" I said.

"Is Vince coming?" He asked.

""He wanted to, but he has to attend to an important meeting at his office." I answered.

"Oh! I see." He replied.

We arrived at the auditorium where the graduation will be held. The usherettes ushered my family to their seats and I had to go to my line. So the graduation went by...

After the rites, our class had our final picture taking then with friends then with family.

"Congratulations! Girlfriends!!! Yehey!!" I said and had a group hug.

"Gotta go, need to go to where Mom have us reserved. If we won't show up on time, our slot will be given to somebody else." Issa uttered.

"Yeah! I'll just call you girl!" Betina said.

"Same here! See you all soon!" Ella uttered.

So we went on separate ways...

"So, where are we going now?" I asked Mom.

"I don't know with your brother." Mom replied.

"Nico!" I uttered.

"Wait! Im talking to someone." He replied.

After a minute...

"Why? Im talking to the reservation desk of the reataurant I had reservation." He uttered.

"Oh! Okay!" I said.

"Shall we?" He asked.

So we ride his car and he drived the car until to where the reataurant is.

"Ready?" He asked.

"Like duh! As if this is something so special. Yes!" I replied.

"Patty! Don't be so rude to your brother." Mom said.

Nico chuckles.

We walked towards the entrance...
"By the way, I used your name lovely." Nico said.

"Huh?!" I replied.

"Good evening Sir., Ma'am!" The reservation girl said.

"Reservation for Patty Lovan" Nico said.

"For awhile Sir, will check if the place is ready." The reservation girl said.

"Did I just heard place?" I asked Nico.

"What place?" Nico answered with confusion.

After a few minutes.

"Sir, its ready. You may proceed upstaires, 2nd door to the left." The reservation girl said.

"Thank you!" Nico replied.

Im really getting confused here. First I heard "place" now "2nd door to the left" so it means its a room?!?!?!!

"Nico! What the hell is happening?" I asked in such confusion.

"What? Why are you acting so weird. Just walk and follow." Nico answered.

So i shut my mouth and walked through and when Nico opened the door....

"Oh my god!!! What is this?? Vince, your here? Mom Ana and Dad George. Oh my!" I said

"I just graduated and I feel like its my birthday!" I added.

"Congratulations, Babe! Im so proud of you! Sorry wasn't able to attend the rites....because I was fixing this surprise for you. You liked it?" Vince asked.

"Yes. Super!" I replied.

"Actually, your brother helped me with this." He said.

"Really???? Aww..." I said.

"The food will be served soon, so let's take a sit now." Nico said.

"Hey, Nico! Brother, thank you!" I said and winked at him.

"Hey, lovely... Uh, I hope its okay if I invited someone????" Nico asked.

"Oh my! Who's this? Nico!!!" I said in excitement.

"Remember the girl I told you? My office mate?" He said.

"Oh yeah! She's here?" I replied looking around.

"Yes. She's still down stairs." Nico replied.

"Go, get her! I can't wait to meet her. Doss Mom know?" I asked.

"Yeah."he replied.

"Go!" I said waving him off.

So I grabed Vince and told him.

"Im so excited to meet her, Vince!" I said.

"Yeah!" He replied hugging me.

"Lovely!" Nico uttered.

Oh my! He called me that. His date might freak out!

"Patty, this is Nicollete." Nico introduces his date to me.

"Hi Nicollete! Nice meeting you! Sorry awhile ago. For Nico calling me Lovely!" I said.

"No worries. Vince told me about it already, and I understand." Nicollete said.

"Really?" I uttered.

"Yes!" She said.

"Come! Have a seat!" I said.

Then I gave Nico a tight hug!
