Its Christmas Day!
Vince closed the resort for two days, exclusively for us... Today Decemener 25th and tomorrow December 26th. "Team Creative Events" vacation. Everyone brought their families with them. Except for me and Vince. But all eyes was with our newest members of the team... Baby Kaden and Baby Kianna... Yes, Nia and Vance had twins.. A boy (Kaden) and a girl (Kianna)... Nia gave birth last November 20..By the way, because of being too busy, the couple decided to have their wedding next year February 14.
"Everybody is having fun! Thanks Hun for closing the resort...is this okay with your Mom?" I asked Vince.
"Anytime Babe! Well, Mom just transferred the title of the resort to me, so it makes me the owner of the resort now. So I can do what ever I want to do." Vince answered.
"Since when Hun?" I asked
"Last week. I was supposed to tell you right after Mom let me signed but you were pre-occupied with Ella's last week meeting with the suppliers." He said.
"Im so sorry." I said.
"Yeah! Its December already yet we haven't even talked about our own wedding." Vince replied.
"I know. I know. Ella's event is the last for the year. We can already talk about it." I answered.
"Ok.." He replied.
"I think your team is looking for you!" He added
"Hun! Please. Im sorry." I said and kissed him, grabbed his hand and walked back to where my people are.
"Who's up for night swimming?" Kevin shouted.
Everybody agreed...
"Guys,I think we'll pass first.." Nia uttered.
"Yeah! Good night Baby Kaden! Good night Baby Kianna!" Kathy said and everybody followed saying goodnight to the babies.
"Me too. Im tired." I said.
"Really? Okay." Roselle said.
"Just enjoy yourselves. No messing up!" Vince uttered.
"Yes Sir!" Kevin said
So Vince and I went back to our room. Vince was so quiet the whole time we were walking. I know there's something. I need to know. As he opened the door...
"Hun! Wait! What's the matter?" I asked him
"What's the matter? What are you talking about?" He replied and sat on the sofa.
"Come on! Im not stupid! Your mad! What is it?" I said
"Mad?" He said
I walked in front of him.
"Yes." I said.
"What's wrong?" I added.
"You really want to know?" He said.
"Yes. I want to know." I said insisting.
"Okay. Its been months since you started your business. Don't get me wrong, I do support you all the way, but this is taking too much time from you. That even the time for us is slowly taken away. You've been busy planning weddings of others, how about ours? Haven't you noticed its almost end of the year Patty, and we haven't even talked about it even just a single detail of it. Not even the date. Yes, I am and still waiting patiently for that day you will suddenly remember that "oh! I have my own wedding to think of as well!" Have you ever thought of it?" He said
"I really don't know what to say. Nope, not yet. Cause you know Im..." I replied and he butted in...
"Im....what???? Busy! Oh okay. So you think that's a good reason? Just go to sleep and forget what I've said." Vince answered very disappointed.
