Loreth's cottage was quaint and beautiful. There were many objects that she didn't know the name of however. Once more, she wished she knew more about the two-legs. One day, she would be as knowledgeable as them. One day.

On the bed, a beautiful dress was laid out. Loreth thought for a moment that she wasn't worthy to wear such a thing. It was a silky smooth fabric that was cool to the touch, light blue in color, with white pearls for straps. She felt slight panic as she had absolutely no idea how to get it on but she had to try.

She placed her bundle of clothes beside the bed on the floor, and picked up the dress by the straps. Loreth decided that stepping into it might be better and she attempted to do just that. So far so good, she pulled it up over her breasts and slid an arm in. Likewise with the other arm. Once it was on, it felt amazing on her body. It was loose and comfortable. She saw a reflective object in the corner of the room and saw herself in it. She looked stunning. A smile formed on her lips at what Thorin might think when he sees her. She hoped he liked it, although she didn't know why.

She spotted a vanity in the room and picked up an item that the dwarves had properly called a hair brush, and went about brushing the knots from her hair. She decided to leave it down and flowing over her back for the evening. When brushed out, the length of her hair stopped just above the small of her back. Having brushed it in the first time in...well ever, her hair had a silky shine to it paired with the soft fluffiness she'd never experienced before. It felt...good.

By the door she found some slippers and carefully put them on her small feet. And just like that, it was time to go to dinner.

As she approached the dinning hall, the chatter of dwarves met her ears and she knew she was heading in the right direction. Loreth descended down a flight of stairs where the company was complaining—rather loudly—about the horrible food they'd been served. But for some reason the chatter had stopped when she entered.

Thorin's head turned towards the disturbance and was mesmerized by the sight. He didn't know what caused him to do it, but he stood abruptly at Loreth's entrance; causing the chair to let out an unpleasant screech. Making all eyes turn to him.

The dwarf king didn't think she could get any more beautiful, but he was wrong. So very wrong. Loreth was practically glowing. He couldn't tell if she actually was or if she just looked it in the sun. But when she walked, he swore the sunlight followed her. She was ethereal, too pure for this world that was certain. Her gold skin twinkled when the sun hit it just right. Thorin could not have been more proud to call her his one.
