A/N: TW, mentions of blood, proceed on with the next chapters with caution. Take care of yourselves.

"No!" Spencer screamed watching Olivia's eyes close.

"Olivia! Stay with me!" He hollered trying to reach for her. She didn't move or acknowledge him. He pushed the airbag from his face, knocking hers away from her face as well. He tried reaching behind his back, grabbing the knife, cutting her seat belt, trying to get the door open. It was mangled shut.

"Olivia!" He pushed her head up.

"Olivia, baby, wake up" She didn't move. He checked for an pulse, it was there but weak and faint. He shifted an bit, as the car jolted. They were face down in a ditch. His hands shifted around her body, trying to see if he could feel anything. When he pulled his hands back, his fingers were smeared in her blood.

"I gotta get us out" He says to nobody in particular, though she was unconscious and couldn't hear him anyway. He was panicking.

"I'll fix this, just hang on a little longer Liv. Hold on, please.... don't leave me baby" He begged her. He applied pressure to her head trying to decide what to do next. Using his other hand, he tried to open her door, but that was worse than his. The deer had slammed into her side, and the impact buckled the metal. The phone sat on the dashboard, and he grabbed it, pressing down on the speed dial. His fingers were shaken reading the fear in his mind, but he knew he needed to get someone there and fast.

"Somebody better be dead or murdered" Trey's voice croaked.

"I need your help!" Spencer yelled into the receiver.

"I'm stuck on a ditch on the road between our house and the Bailey lot. Olivia's unconscious and you need to get here right damn now! Call for help! The car is mangled Trey!" His voice cracks as the panic built.

"I'm on my way! We'll be right there Spencer. Just stay calm brother" Trey yelled back. His brother slipped into chief mode. He knew he would get help but that didn't stop him from freaking out. The woman he loves, and their child were slipping away from him. He needed to get her out of this car and to an doctor. He ripped his shirt off, no longer feeling cold, tying it around her head, trying to keep pressure on the cuts hiding underneath her hair.

"Gosh, I'm so sorry baby" He wanted to pull her into his arms, take the pain away but he didn't. Through his panic he knew the best thing to do was keep her still. He counted the seconds as his hands roamed the space.

"I'm so sorry I've been acting like an asshole. Just hold on. Please hold on, Olivia!"

I'm an idiot. I should've told her how I was feeling. She might never know now, wait, Spencer, don't think like that, don't make yourself go down that road if you don't have too. She's gonna be okay, I can fix this, I will fix this. I'll tell her, tie her to the bed and make her stay. I'm not letting her leave me.

I love her.

Headlights and rotating reds and blues of Trey's vehicle cut through the darkness, tires screeching against the ground, and then doors were slammed shut pulling him out of his loop of thoughts.

"Spencer!"

"Down here!" He shouts back.

"Damn!" Trey cursed.

"We're right here, Dad go to the other side" He instructs.

"Oh my God!" Grace's voice rings through. Movement was rampant as his brother came to his side.

"How is she?" Spencer relayed everything he knows, and Trey communicated his understanding with an quick nod.

"We gotta move her Spencer. Gas is leaking, and we can't wait much longer. There's an brace in my car, hang tight"

He rushed to his car, then returning. It felt like hours were passing turning into an new day. Her black hair was matted with blood, with her eyes shut.

"Get her out! Get her out now!"

"We can do more damage if were not careful bro"

Trey decided the absolute best way to get her out would be from the existing shattered windshield. He knocked out what remained of the glass as Spencer shielded Olivia as best, he could. More noise filtered through the once silent dark woods as more people arrived on the scene. Kianna's voice cut through next.

"Liv! No!" Spencer focused on doing what he could, but more lights and people came yelling as Trey, Darnell, Carter, and the EMT guys moved to the front of the car.

"Alright Spencer" Trey's commanding tone grabbed his attention.

"I need to know if you have any known injuries"

"My shoulder, I'm good" He bit, watching more of Liv's blood soak into the fabric of his shirt.

"Good, I need you to cut the seatbelt, then Darnell and I are gonna help maneuver her. You gotta stay calm as you can, okay?" Anger fueled his body.

"Stop talking and help her!" He didn't know how long it had been, minutes, maybe even hours, he just knew it was wasted time. Every second she spent in there was an second closer to him losing her.

"Hey hey, calm, Spencer" Darnell says holding his eyes.

"We gotta move her carefully so there's no extra damage" Spencer closed his eyes, heaving out an long and deep breath.

"Okay. I'm ready"

"K, cut the belt now"

Trey's steady voice slowly gave him some form of relief. He did as he was told, and she slouched forward in his arms. He held her, trying to leverage himself against the dash. His brothers were on each side of the car, with both of their arms extended to carry her. They coordinated movements, careful not to jostle her too much or let her body make contact with the glass. Once she was out, they quickly moved her to the EMT's. Carter helped him out so he could be by her side shortly thereafter. They lifted her onto the gurney, where town friends he's known his whole life, Michael, and Devin, started to work on her. They attached wires starting to run, yelling things back and forth to one another.

"Get in the ambulance" Trey says.

"He needs to be checked out too!" Spencer hopped in autopilot. She was fading away, he could feel it.

"We are in bound sixteen minutes, thirty-six year old female, unconscious with an head injury. Likeable internal injuries and pregnant" Michael said into the radio before turning his eyes at Spencer.

"How far along is she?" Spencer stared between space and her as Devin inserted her IV. He watched as he continued trying to talk to her while she didn't move. She laid there, blood covering her clothes from head to toe, glass in her hair, with cuts decorating her body.

"Spencer!" Michael screams with an snap of his finger.

"How many weeks is she?" His eyes never leave hers.

"She's.....twenty-four weeks"

Twenty-four weeks I had her.

Please Lord, don't take her away from me.

I know ya'll, I know. I apologize in advance. Please protect your peace.
