I still have dreams and bucket lists
A book might not have enough pages
To note them but life has twists
And my dreams come all in stages
Depending on my courage or the mood
It may change my ship's course in the wind
It might even change my tastes in food
All this you have to keep in mind
But some things always stays a constant
My love, beliefs and loyalties
You might think you are important
I don't give a hoot if you're royalty
Small things make me happy and presents me with a smile
I don't impress very easily and get bored quickly
I love the romantic and hate movies that makes me cry
I giggle when I'm tipsy, wake me early and I'm prickly
But I love life and the beauty that it brings
In continents, people, languages and song
no matter what the genre in hundred languages we can sing
It is simply my opinion, but I doubt I'm wrong
We can choose to see the sunrise in every morning sky
Life can either be an ion, counted by our faults unkind
Or forgive and shrug the hurt goodbye
And let love blow like dandelions in the wind.
