Bonus Chapter 2

Manik 's POV

The sun's rays disturbed my sleep and I woke up to see that the other side of bed is empty. Knowing that she will be downstairs I too got ready to hit the gym for sometime before going downstairs.

Stepping down I saw mom and dad are playing with my devils who were laughing out loud and giggling filling whole home with their adorableness.
Wishing them I came towards kitchen to see my wife of 7 years making something for us. In these all years we both became a pro in cooking but still limited to Indian dishes as we both are fans of it. Tiptoeing I switched off the stove and hugged her from back.

Nandini "Maan I'm cooking."

"I know babes but what to do you were not there when I woke up and I can't function without my morning dose."

Nandini " Mani we are in kitchen, anyone can come at anytime. And you didn't even bath till now."

"Sooo, my wife, my mishti, my wish."

Talking to her, I started to kiss her neck.
Nandini " ahaan....now stop it Manik, I really don't want to our son's to see us like this and recite it everyone today evening."

"Yaar, they are busy with their grandparents and I'm busy with my wife. What's wrong in this."

Nandini " Nothing, If you want your son's to describe whatever they saw in the kitchen to everyone then ok, let's romance."

"Okay,then come 'on."

Nandini, " stop being shameless and go get ready. Let's visit temple today."

" What if we both got ready together. Time saving."

Nandini," NO."

" Why?" I tried to pouting how my sons actually do this with their cute pouts and melt her in seconds.

Nandini," How cute Manik, just like my munchkin and pumpkin. But still no. You are got your dose in night. Now be a good boy and get ready. I'll come in 15 mins. Please we will be late for temple."

"Okay..."

Coming back to hall area I saw my two cute devils acting all cute in front of their grandparents. I know why they do this. Because any scoldings from me and mishti will only be saved by them.

"Mom and Dad let's start for temple within an hour."

I reached our room and went to take a relaxing bath. Coming out I see a white shirt and black pants placed near the closet. Smiling at my mishti work I quickly the clothes and reached down for breakfast.

Mishti went to our room and she came downstairs after getting ready.

Kissing both the devils she sat beside.

"What's for breakfast today?"

"Aloo puri ,my munchkin and pumpkin's favourite" said Nandini.

Both my devils giggled and started having their breakfast.

After finishing the breakfast we started for temple. All of us started in one car only.

We all went to restaurant directly from temple after doing pooja in our family name,for health, happiness, prosperity. By the time we came home it was already 2 in the afternoon and we thought of having a small party for our 7 th marriage anniversary with our family members.

Me and Mishti came to our room to relax for some time before getting ready and checking the preparations.

We both were relaxing on our bed and I pulled her closer to me.

Kissing her neck I slowly moved towards her shoulders leaving trail of kisses. I adjusted her on me hugging her tightly.

Nandini, " I love you maan. Happy 7th marriage anniversary my darling."

" Happy 7th marriage anniversary my mishti. I love so so much."

I kept moving my fingers in her hair relaxing her.

" Can I ask you something mishti?"

"Hmmm.."

"Are you happy with me,our whole family, at which pace your life is currently."

"Maan.... I'm so happy with you, our family, how my career is at present."

Happy with her words I also closed my eyes to take a nap.

When we were about to slip into slumber the door were knocking continuously by the devils.

I went to open the door for them. They pushed me aside and jumped on the bed and climed on their mom like a koala 🐨 on either of her sides.

Sighing I too joined them on the bed.

" All love for your mom then what about me haan?"

All of a sudden they jumped on me.

"I lov u dadda " they both said in a sync. Whenever I listen to this my heart just bursts with happiness. Kissing their chubby cheeks I hugged them close to my heart. Slowly they both settled between me and Mishti and slept peacefully. Mishti was looks at them with a soft smile and slowly slipped into sleep. I too slept after keeping an alarm for 1 hr.

Soon it was evening and mishti was getting ready in our room for the evening party. I got my two devils ready in there tuxedo and after that I too got ready which were matching tuxedos with my two sons. Getting down to the hall I see that Navya and Cabir are already present with their cute 4 years old daughter deeksha and Cabir was helping dad and looking into the arrangements even I join them to see whether every preparation regarding the dinner.

After that maa and papa (mishti's parents) also came with Abhimanyu and mukti and they have a son named Avyukth. Right now Aryamann is in Delhi with his wife for some work so he could not come today.

Shortly Alia and Dhruv came with their 6 years old daughter Avika. Soon all of them were ready and I went to our room for Mishti.

There she was wearing her heels, looks serene in that red colour saree, diamond necklace which I gifted earlier. In total looking like a goddess who was born for me.

Entering inside I sat on my knees and helped her with heels on other leg.

Standing up I gave her my hand which she gladly took.

We both descended the stairs where everyone are waiting for us. Mishti went to meet her parents and everyone while the cake was arranged in the middle of hall.

Me and Mishti took our both sons and cut the cake along with them.

Night came to an end too soon and slowly everyone left except for fab 4 and their partners.

We made all the children sleep in the same room and gathered in theatre room.
