Nandini pov

Today we ladies again going to shopping for jewellery. Day before yesterday after all that shopping everyone were so exhausted and slept right away after having dinner.

Yesterday evening after coming from hospital we all family sat and discussed about preparations and mom showed me all the clothes they bought. Swetha aunty (Manik's mom) has really a good taste. Her choice was incredible in sarees I can say that. By today we will be done with the shopping part.

From tomorrow my leave starts. That means only a week left for marriage. Wow marriage!! 15 days back marriage seemed to be a normal thing which everyone has to go through. But now when I think that I will be a married woman in a week my legs and hands start shaking lightly. OK nandu let's just not think about it, avoid the word marriage . Ya right just think something else. Like today, we will be going to '' Precious'' owned by mukti and alia for marriage jewellery. There it goes again. I think I am clearly taking unnecessary tension. My in laws are my parents besties which means things will be less complicated I think.

Nanduuu come down we have to reach precious store shouted avni from downstairs.

Coming mom , OK chalo nandu I said to myself .

By the time we reached swetha aunty and Manik were present and talking to mukti and alia.

The attendants showed u really beautiful pieces. Mukti and alia too sat with us and gave their suggestions.

And it was just a hello with Manik I don't think there will be any free time for me to talk today with him.

All the jewellery was taken for the wedding. Mom and swetha aunty went near billing counter with alia and mukti, Manik was with dhruv who came just few minutes before and dragged Manik with him to second floor I think . I sat there idle just seeing through the things. Really alia and mukti have got a super collection . They have every type of jewellery present for both men and women. Everything seems eye-catching. Suddenly my eyes went on something, it is a blue crystal cufflinks. Immediately I went there to see them. I asked the attendant to show. They are perfect for gift to Manik which I am going to gift him for the wedding

I asked for some lapel pins to go with the cufflinks. I took the lapel pin which is in a rose design and checking it.

Nice choice said a voice from my left side. I turned to see alia standing there with a teasing smile as if she already knows that these are for Manik.

'Alia pleaseee no teasing', I said to her.

OK OK let's continue your shopping saying that she stood beside me.

She said that Manik really has liking for cuffs, brooches and lapel pins.

After listening to her I started searching for some more pieces.

Totally I buyed some cufflinks, brooches and lapel pins.

I went with alia to the billing counter. By the time I completed the payment all of them came their. I asked alia to the gift packed and give me on or before wedding day for which she said OK with wink 😉

Manik came and asked me whether I completed the shopping and did I liked everything for which I said that everything is perfect. He smiled and said that he is going with dhruv as swetha aunty is taking his car and going home. When I offered him lift he declined saying that his office will come after my hospital for which I have to come back again after dropping him .

Mom too went with swetha aunty so bidding them bye I came to the hospital.

I completed my appoints for the day.It was one of the busy days as some appointments were prepond because of my leave.

Some of my staff were congratulating for the wedding. Of course all of them were invited for reception.

I went to home had my dinner, we talked for some time and all retired to their rooms.

Next day

Manik pov

I got ready for the office and went towards dinning Hall. After wishing mom and dad I sat down for breakfast.

After completing my breakfast dad said to me wait for sometime as he have something to say and he's too accompanying me to the office .
