Chapter 50

Finally we reached 50th chapter . I took almost 2 years to reach here. 

Manik got up late on that day to see Nandini still sprawled on the bed . Manik tried to wakeup her but she only grunted and said that it is her day off  and turned other side. 

Manik got up and did his morning workout and did his business ,reached dining table to see nandini present there with his breakfast.

Manik made her sit on the chair and served her food kissing her crown.

"Why don't you take some rest today mishti", asked manik.

"Na I'm good, actually thinking of visiting dance academy. It has been months since I went there".

nodding at her Manik went to office.

Nandini got herself some work done like re-arranging her wardrobe which gets messy every week.

Getting ready she reached the place. Meeting everyone their she practiced after a long time forgetting herself in the music.

After few hours of practice she reached home and went for  bath.

Wrapping herself in towel which reached below  her thighs nandini entered their wardrobe to get dressed.

Here Manik completed his work and reached home by 5 in the evening.

Thought of freshing up he reached wardrobe and started removing his shirt.

Hearing click sound he turned to see his wife entering into wardrobe in a towel.

Nandini didn't see Manik and stood at her side of wardrobe selecting the dress.

Suddenly she left a presence behind her..two arms circling her waist ,breath tickling her neck.

Catching on his hands Nandini whispered breathlessly...Maaan.

Removing her hair from clutch he slid them to other side of neck. Pulling her even more if possible Manik started to plant kissed along the neck. He kissed her where neck meets shoulder and was rewarded with her moan which came out without her control.

Turning her around face to face Manik dived into her collarbone sucking tiny water drops her from body.

Nandini held him close tugging his hair making him groan at the sensation.

Manik slowly reached her face kissing her jaw....her cheeks... kissing her eyes Manik kissed her forehead resting his lips their for a while.

Looking into eachother eyes Manik slowly advanced testing her patience.
Nandini joined her lips to his taking the charge.
Manik happily surrendered to her smiling in the kiss.

Standing on her toes Nandini continued to kiss when she heard her phone ring. Seeing her withdraw from the kiss Manik caught her waist and angled her head to continue .

After few seconds phone ringing stopped much to their relief. After 2 minutes it started to ring again making Nandini to stop him.

Reluctantly he paused and let her go.

Trying to make her breath stable and she got the phone to see that it's Navya.

Clutching her towel Nandini received the call.

Talking to her she reached wardrobe and sound of shower was going on.
Removing her clothes Nandini talked to Navya and ended the call.

By the time Manik got out Nandini was ready in her night wear.

Manik winked at her in return Nandini too winked at him and left from there saying that she has to prepare evening snacks.

Both of them sat in the hall eating samosa which Nandini ordered from outside.Something was going on the TV.

"Maan.. actually Navya called me to say that Murthy Hospital as usually planing on medical camp. And from the time I joined I never skipped so Navya gave my name for the camp".

"Ohkk....so for how many days are you going and where ?" questioned Manik.

Just a week and from Mumbai 100 kms far away villages answered Nandini.

"A week that too so far exclaimed",Manik trying to pout.

Its just a week Manik I'll be here within no time.And by that time Mom and Dad will also be here said Nandini.

"Yaa..can I come with you?" Asked Manik.

"Really what will you do there", questioned Nandini.

"Hmm..let me think 🤔 I'll be there if you feel bore or at nights you may get scared so I'll accompany you at nights."

Nandini just went Awww on him but she said him that he will get bored their and whole day she will be busy.

Reluctantly Manik said that he will not come with her but asked her to call him atleast 3-4 times daily.

Nodding Nandini said that she has to pack as they will be leaving tomorrow only and left from there.

Shortly Manik too went behind her and helped her in packing.

They had dinner and slept in eachother arms.

Next morning they got up little early and Nandini will reach hospital from Murthy Mansion.

Taking her bag Manik sat in the car and was waiting for Nandini.

Manik was gazing at his engagement ring smiling remembering the days after it.How his mishti became his center of World within few months,how every time her presence makes him feel better and in peace.Just then Nandini came and they started.

Reaching Murthy's Mansion he got to know that amma and papa are not going.

So he asked Abhi  about their living arrangements, their safety,the places they are visiting.

Abhi calmed him said that he and Arya will be there along with other hospital staff and they take all necessary safety measures for everyone.

Convinced Manik went near her  and hugged her.

Nandini laid her head on his chest listening to his heartbeat.Manik tightened his hold thinking in his head,"Damn I love her so much".Suddenly with his self realisation Manik opened his eyes wide and his heart started to beat fast.

Nandini lifted her head and asked, Maan your hear he beating fast suddenly,are you feeling Ohk.

Yaa I'm absolutely fine you should go now everyone must be waiting for you people said Manik.

Ohk bye,take care and don't cook anything complicated,said Nandini.

Nodding his head Manik kissed her forehead went and sat his car after waving her bye.

Sitting in car he drove to  home and sat on the bed thinking about his confession.

Saying those three magical words loudly  Manik got up and dailed her number. But ended the call . If he will
confess now on phone it will not be good and after telling mishti his feelings he can't sit here ideally.And he even follow her there so he have to supress his feelings a little.

Just one week Manik,have some patience thought to himself and went to his office.
