Everyone was working hard. Hardly anyone was gossiping around because they know how hard Aarav can get if he finds some nuisance happening around the office. He is very much dedicated to the work and he doesn't like any mistakes. He wants his employees to work with perfection, which makes him the top industrialist in the country.
People working hear are scared of his attitude, just then a new intern enters the building. She sits down at her desk and at the same moment, the manager comes to her.
"Miss...Awasthi you were supposed to come in the morning," He said.
She gets up and apologizes "Sir.. meri maa beemar thi! Unhe hospital leke gayi thi main isliye late hui"
"But it was your first day and I don't like such employees in my office" the tough voice marched inside.
Everyone stands up, Aarav removes his glasses and the manager wishes him "Good afternoon Sir"
"I want today's report in 5 minutes" he ordered and the manager immediately went to his cabin.
Aarav glanced at all and they sat down and continued doing the work. Aarav questions "tell me.. What are the office hours?"

The girl replies "Sir 9 am to 6 pm"
He checks the time on his watch and glared at her "It's 2 pm Miss Payal Awasthi" he shouted at her.
Payal shakes with his tough voice. He yells "5 ghante late aayi ho tum! Itni der kitna kaam ho sakta tha tumhara..."
She looks down and said "Sir meri maa ki tabiyat kharab thi toh main unhe hospital.."
"I don't care!! Just get out of my office" he shouted.
She had tears in her eyes and folds her hands in front of him "Sir please.. Ye job bahut important hai mere liye..."
The manager comes and hands him the file. He began to read and said "Miss Awasthi I don't have a whole day.. Leave right now"
Payal feels so humiliated as he is really heartless and doesn't understand the emotions. She picks up her bag and leaves the office with tears in her eyes. Aarav walks to his cabin and the manager follows him.
"Bechari ladki... sir ko pata nahi kya dikkat hoti hai aurton se! Ya toh nafrat bhari nighaon se dekhte hai ya phir.. " one of the girls said to the other..
"Shh.. office ke bahar baat karenge" the other one replies and continues the work.
Aarav shouted at the Manager "ye kya hai?? Maine kaha tha na mujhe iss new project ki report aaj chahiye! Abtak ready kyun nahi hui hai?"
"Sir... wo team leader Mr. Mehra aaj aaye nahi hai" the manager replies.
He picks up the blank paper and signs it. He throws it towards him and said "ispe uska termination letter sign karke email kardo! Jo commitments pure nahi kar sakte they aren't needed in my office"
