"Don't you have another drink?"I looked at the lady in her mid-30's with a serious face look with my arms both crossed over my chest, feeling annoyed when she only gave me water when I asked for a juice!
"Sorry, Miss! Wala kaming juice dito.
I stopped by a sari-sari store to ask. For sure mayroon na sila ngayon dito!
"Ano pong juice? Tang po ba o Nestea?" Tanong sa 'kin ng isang babae.
"What are those?" I asked with my brows furrowed.
"Ah, juice po! Tinitimpla."
"Tinitimpla pa? Don't you have a ready to drink juice?" My lips twisted.
"C2 po? Softdrinks?"
"Okay! Kahit ano!" Basta 'yung maiinom ko na ngayon mismo!
I don't remember when I arrived here. Also, when I checked my phone, there was no signal in this place! I had to move everywhere just to find a signal! To call a friend!
I wanted to go home but I couldn't!
I pulled my phone again to check if there was already a signal.
"Oh my goodness!" I stood up and jumped. Nakakainis! Nakakainis!
Tinawag ko ulit ang tindera para magtanong.
"May WiFi ba kayo dito?" I asked, holding my phone.
Tumango siya.
"Can I connect?" I asked again.
Umiling naman siya.
"Why?"
"Bawal po libre."
My face remained serious, trying my best not to shout right now!
"Of course, I'll pay! Kahit magkano! Just give me the password!"
I hissed, almost throwing my phone inside the store.
I gave her money and then she turned her back against me, leaving me there.
"Jia! I don't know where I am! I just don't know and I don't even have a clue! Basta sumakay ako ng bus at ayon!"
"Huh? Did you even ask? Wait, I'll check your location!" She said over the phone. "Oh, you're at Bicol? How did you get there without even knowing?! Ang layo na niyan!"
