'This is destined to happen.'

Ja's words kept on running through my system since he left with his family. I stayed in the pool area to think. Posible ko ba 'tong mabago pa? I know that I can possibly change this but I don't know how long it would take.

I'm afraid of the possibilities. What if something bad happens because of this change? I just want to protect Elias. Our relationship. If my parents won't allow us to happen, what can I possibly do?

I want him to achieve everything he wanted. Alam kong marami siyang gustong maabot. He's not showy but I can understand him. I sighed heavily, staring at the water. Alam kong hindi pa kami ganoon katagal na nagsasama, pero siyempre, I already consider him as my other half.

Without him... I'm incomplete. I'm in pieces. A thing couldn't be completed without its last piece, whether if it's big or small. It's still a piece.

When I turned my back to see the inside, the lights were already dim.

I turned my back to the pool and decided to swim.

The thought of Elias while swimming made my stomach twirl. I dive under the water and swam a few laps before getting out of the water to sit on the chair.

I shut my eyes hard and when I opened it, I immediately saw Elias behind the glass door. He was looking at me with worry in his eyes.

I immediately smiled and stood up to open the glass door for him.

I also made sure to close the curtains of it.

"Bakit ka lumalangoy nang ganitong oras? Hindi ka ba nilalamig?" He asked.

"Nilalamig," I shrugged.

"Magtakip ka." Sinabihan niya ako atsaka nag-iwas ng tingin.

I chuckled and then went through my body. I was wet, of course, I just swam.

I teased.

His lips twisted. "Magtakip ka, baka mahamugan ka."

"What am I? A baby?" I asked, brows furrowed.

He suddenly looked at me. "Baby kita, ah?"

I rolled my eyes. Pero kinilig din naman? I pressed my lips together to contain my smile. I covered myself with a white robe before turning my body to see him again.

I smiled as I walk towards him. He didn't even flinch and complain about my wet body. He just stayed still as I started to sway my body as if we were inside a prom party, happily dancing.
