"Fuck this!"

Every move I make, I could feel my head aching. I shut my eyes hard as I try to blow my hair dry. Pinilit kong maligo bago ako bumaba kahit na sobrang kumikirot ang ulo ko! I am so confused! How can I have this kind of headache?!

Damn hassle! May pasok pa 'ko!

"Good morning, Ma'am!" Tinanguan ko at binigyan ng pilit na ngiti si Rary nang i-serve niya ang breakfast ko ngayong umaga. I somehow felt relief when she placed a hot soup in front of me. Wala nang pasabing kinuha ko ang kutsara para makapagsimulang kumain.

"This tastes really good, Rary. Helps with my hangover! Who made this? I should tell Mommy to raise their pay!" Ngumiti ako kay Rary.

"Si Holly po! Si Holly!" Masayang sagot niya. "Pero sinabihan po ni Elias. 'Yung bodyguard."

My eyes remained blinking. Maya-maya pa ay kumurba ang ngiti sa labi ko. Halos lumagpas na 'yun sa pisngi ko! I bit my lower lip before clearing my throat. Really? Elias told Holly to cook soup for breakfast? Siguro alam niyang magkakaroon ako ng hangover?

My chest skipped a beat by that thought. Kung ganoon, he's so sweet! He really knows how to get me, huh? Who wouldn't fall for that kind of guy?!

"Really? He told her that?" Paninigurado kong tanong kay Rary habang may pilit na tinatagong ngiti.

She aggressively nodded. "Opo! Opo! Late na nga po ni Holly 'yun niluto dahil hindi naman po kumakain ng ganoon ang magulang niyo."

"That's right..." I came to a realization. So, para nga talaga sa 'kin 'yun? "Thank you, kung ganoon."

I immediately stood up to go outside, to his room! He's probably awake by now because of the time! Though, his shift starts at 9 in the morning. Nang nasa harap na 'ko ng pinto niya ay kakatok na sana ako nang maunang magbukas ang pinto ni Elias.

"Elias!" I happily called his name. I was only startled for a second.

His expression changed. "Uy,"

"Hello! Kakagising ko lang. Thanks for the soup?"

"Ah," he showed a small smile before scratching his nape. "Okay. Masakit ba ulo mo? May gamot ako dito. Baka gusto mong uminom? Kape kaya?"

"No," I shook my head. Pinalo ko ang hangin sa harap niya. "Ano ka ba. I know what to do. This isn't the first time I drank alcohol that bad."

"Okay," napasimangot ako nang matipid siyang sumagot.

What's happening? He looked so awkward! He should be doing something because we both just confessed our feelings for each other last night!

"Why are you so awkward? What's wrong?" Concerned kong tanong.

Umiling siya. "Nagulat lang ako kasi narito ka kaagad. Ako dapat... Ako ba ang maghahatid sa 'yo sa school?"

My lips slightly parted. "If you want. You can."

"Okay, maliligo lang ako." Sabi niya at akmang papasok sa loob ng kwarto niya nang hawakan ko ang braso niya kaya kaagad siyang tumigil at tumingin sa 'kin. "Bakit, Chantal?"

"Hindi mo man lang ba 'ko papapasukin sa loob?" I pouted, I was trying to take a peek of the inside of his room. Hindi naman 'to ang unang beses kong nakapunta rito.
