"Who's gonna be our team's captain?" You looked at the guys around you, hoping someone would be willing to take charge.

Kenma shrugged, cat-like eyes locked on you. "Shouldn't it be you?"

"Why me?"

"For ome thing, you split us into teams and pretty much took charge of this entire outing."

"Good point. So, as captain, I feel we need a stradegy before having any run-ins with the others."

"Great idea, captain!" Lev was all too eager to listen to whatever you have to say.

You nodded, giving a somewhat shy smile- your cheeks heating up, though you were unsure as to why. "Any ideas?" You purposely turn to Kenma.

He blinked slowly. "I think maybe splitting up into 2 smaller teams- one with 3 people, the other having 2- would be the easiest option. It would mean that Kuroo's team would have to fan out just to find us all. We'd also still have proper numbers in order to still be able to defeat them."

You smiled from ear-to-ear. "Perfect! And it was exactly what I was thinking too. Great minds think alike, right?"

He gave a small smile. "Mhm."

"Well, due to Lev- and I'm sorry for saying it- lacking intelligence, and Kenma's lack of physical capabilites- again, I'm sorry to say it- I think they should stick with me. Sou, Yuuki, will you two be fine on your own?"

They nodded, determined looks on their faces. "We won't let you down!"

You nod, continuing to explain the plan before all of you split into your groups.

"Good luck, Sou, Yuuki."

They nod, beginning to turn their backs to you. "Good luck."

And with that, the two boys left. Leaving you with Kenma and Lev.

"Alright boys, would you rather find a decent area to hide or go look for our opponents?" You gave a big smile, eyes barely open.

"Let's go take down Kuroo-san!" Lev had a huge smile on his face, clearly excited and on the verge of jumping up and down.

Kenma sighed, not wanting to deal with Lev and his energy. "Finding a safe spot would be the better move. Right, Y/n?" He turned to look at you, expectation in his eyes.

You shrugged, your smile not completely leaving your face. "It really doesn't matter to me. Both strategies have their pros and cons. I'm not actually sure which would be more beneficialPop to us. Hiding keeps us safe, but won't do us any good to take out our opponent. Actually searching for our opponent helps with getting rid of them, meaning our chances of winning increase... but it could put us in danger of being seen and targeted."

Lev had done his best to follow every word you said, smiling and nodding as the words slipped past your lips. "So, which one do you think we should go with, Y/n?"

"Hmm... even though it's risky, maybe we should try hunting the other team down. Let's try getting Sho, Tora, and Nobu out of the picture. They'd be the easier targets on the team. Tetsu and Mori are the smarter, more battle-suited opponents we have. This is definitely something they'd be good with. They'll be on guard and ready for any and all incoming attacks. So, I've got a plan."

"What is it?"

"Once we take down the other three, we should rendezvous with Sou and Yuuki. That way, we'll outnumber Tetsu and Mori. Which will result in our victory."

Kenma nodded. "Smart plan. I have no objections to it."

Lev clenched the laser gun tighter. "Let's go!"

Writer's block hitting me like a bullet train rn

Doesn't help I'm sleep deprived (tired as fuck)

But I tried
I did the best I could for this part

I hope it was good enough

So, there will probably be only one more laser tag part
I really like the idea that at least one of the Haikyuu teams would do something like this
So I'm stretching it out a bit

Unfortunately I ran out of ideas for this part (mainly cuz I left it alone for a while) and ended up making it shorter than I originally intended
I apologize for that
I will work on the next part as soon as I can

Thank you for reading!
Have a good day!
Please keep enjoying!
