All you could hear and feel was the thumping in your chest- your heart beating irregularly fast. It almost hurt.

Of course, your brother looked over and saw your eyes open. He smiled and began running over. The rest of the team turned to see what was going on, following suit when they also saw that your eyes were open.

You opened your mouth, beginning to speak... but your mouth didn't say what was going on in your head. "Lev, you idiot. You should be practicing instead of wasting time worrying over me." You hadn't meant a single word you said.

So why did you say it? It's simple really. You're the little sister of Yaku Morisuke: Yaku Y/n. And it just so happens that you're kind of a tsundere when it comes to expressing romantic feelings. You just didn't know about it since you had never experienced those kinds of feelings before.

Your comment had taken the whole team by surprise. They all remained silent, most of them either stunned or surprised that you would say such a thing to Lev.

Your brother, however, burst out laughing. "You really are my little sister, Y/n! Good job! Keep saying those kinds of things to Lev! Please, I need that from you!"

Lev frowned. "Sorry. I just thought...."

You quickly stood up, feeling weird- you simply thought you were just uncomfortable with the situation. "Don't worry about me. I'm fine. Please just get back to practice everyone." You put a smile on your face before turning your back to the team.

The boys wordlessly went back to practice, Lev joining in and immediately getting hit with a volleyball- your brother threw it at him while yelling. You sat on the bench next to the coaches.

Coach Nekomata turned to you. "Why don't you go to the nurse and get checked out? You were out for a bit and I'm concerned about your health."

You sigh, nodding and standing up. "I understand. I'll come back if I'm fine. If not, I'll message you saying what's wrong."

"That's fine. Please, take care of yourself. Everyone got worried while you were unconscious."

You nodded, giving an appreciative smile to the old coach before grabbing your things and walking to the door.

Well, it didn't take long for the guys' attention to be drawn away from volleyball at the sight of you moving around. It peaked their curiosity.

And, of course, Lev couldn't keep his mouth shut about it. "Y/n! Where ya going?! Are you ok?!"

You let out frustrated sigh. "Of course they noticed. And, of course, Lev just had to say something about it." You turned to them, plastering a reassuring smile on your face. "Yeah, just going to the nurse."

The tall first year jogged over to you. "Need me to come with you?"

Your heart rate increased yet again, you were still unsure as to why. "N-no, thanks, Lev. Coach just suggested I go get checked out. You should stay and keep practicing."

He frowned, obviously disappointed you refused, but didn't argue. "Ok. I hope everything's alright. Be careful, ok?"

You giggled. "I will, don't worry. Good luck with practice while I'm gone."

Lev gave a bright smile. "Thanks! See ya later!"

You nod. "Mhm." Then turn and walk out the gym.

"What was that about?" Yamamoto question Lev as he returned to the rest of the team.

Morisuke held a slightly worried expression on his face. "Is Y/n alright?"

Lev nodded. "Yeah, coach just told her to go to the nurse and get checked out. I offered to go with her, but she said that I should just stay here and practice."

Kuroo nodded. "Don't worry about her. She's obviously stronger than she looks. If she does need anything, or if something's seriously wrong, she'll let us know."

The team members murmured in agreement, getting back to practice.

However, Kenma knew better than to go along with Kuroo's statement, or to even consider believing it. "She's good at hiding her problems. What if it ends up being something serious and she keeps it from us?!" The setter was panicking, overthinking what could possibly be going on.

Meanwhile, you had just arrived at the nurse's office. You knock on the door, but no response came. You open the door, finding it to be unlocked, and walk in. The entire room was empty- not a single person inside.

"Ok, then." You spoke out into the open space. "Guess I'll just sit and wait or something."

"Is that a good idea considering your head was hit?"

You jump and whip around to face the person that just spoke, noticing how familiar the voice was. "What are you doing here?"

He was exactly who you thought he was. A small smile spread across his lips. "I'm checking on you. I was worried since your head got hit...."
