You paled. "M-maybe you guys are seeing things wrong?"

Lev bent down to whisper in your ear. "Do you know what's going on, Y/n?"

You blushed lightly, but turned to whisper back at Lev. "I... might...."

The rest of the team began walking towards your brother and Kuroo, obviously not understanding that they witnessed something they shouldn't have.

"Kuro? Yaku? What are you two doing here? And why were you kissing?" Kenma was the one to start questioning the two.

Both boys jumped and faced their team with wide eyes, knowing they've just been caught - secret's out.

Yaku looked away. "Don't know what you're talking about. I'd never kiss this idiot."

Kuroo simply looked as if nothing happened. "Kiss? You're mistaken. We got into an argument and were simply getting into each other's faces. There was no actual contact."

You revealed yourself to the couple. "Hey! Didn't expect to see you both here! The others and I were studying together and just decided to take a break and get some food. What have you guys been up to?" You smiled, trying to change to subject to help protect their secret.

Kuroo looked at you in appreciation. "Not much. We were originally studying as well, then got hungry and began talking about volleyball and the team. Of course, that led to a disagreement. Nothing else. How are you, shortcake?"

"Oh, you know, normal. Mori, did you wanna keep eating here or do ya wanna go home? I can make us something when we get home."

Your brother smiled warmly at you. "Thanks, Y/n. I already ate, though. Why don't you eat with the others? I'll start heading out now."

You nod, still smiling sweetly at the couple. "Oh, of course. I'll see you at home, Mori."

He gave a small nod as he started grabbing his belongings. "See you later. Be careful, baby sis. And let me know if anything happens or if you need me for anything."

"I will. No need to worry about me. Get home safely."

Kuroo started getting up as well. "I need to get back too. My mom already messaged me a bit, saying I shouldn't stay out too late on a school night. And I still have some homework to finish up before I can get the chance to sleep. I'll see all of you at morning practice - bright and early! So no staying out and awake too long!"

"Yes, captain." The volleyball club boys all replied in unison - a habit formed from practices.

The two third years smiled, sharing farewells with the other members before finally taking their leave - being able to actually have some time together, just the two of them.

You sigh in relief as you sit at a table with the remaining members of the team, no longer having to divert the team's attention away from the fact that your brother and the captain of the team are in a relationship and had been publicly showing affection.

Lev casually takes the seat on your right. "So, Y/n...?"

You turn to the tall boy. "Yes, Lev?"

"Mind giving me some more tips?"

You blanked, not completely understanding what he was asking of you. "Tips?"

"On volleyball... and maybe some useful tips on studying- you know, trying to be a better student and not fail all my classes." He chuckled quietly, rubbing the back of his head.

Kenma sat on your left, looking skeptically at the middle blocker. "There's probably not enough advice anyone could give you to improve. It might take a miracle."

You frown slightly, quickly covering it with a seemingly bright yet relaxed smile. "Don't worry, Lev. I can help ya however much ya need! You can always count on me whenever you need help."

Lev beamed, completely ecstatic that you were being genuinely kind to him in a conversation like you had prior to developing feelings for the boy. "Thanks! I owe you one!"

You blush lightly, though no one catches the pink hue your face has turned into. 'Does he mean to owe me one... like a date? Wait- no. I shouldn't be thinking about that! Lev didn't ask me on a date, he's simply offering to pay me back for helping him... right?'
