Chapter Nineteen.

It was finally the day Eleanor was going to see Calum again. Eleanor had just woken up and, like she did most mornings, she picked up her phone to scroll through her social media. Her Twitter was covered in excited Australian 5 Seconds of Summer fans for their final show tonight. She clicked on the 5SOS band account, to see if anyone had tweeted about the show tonight. She went through all of the boy's profiles, and they all pretty much said the same thing, about how they were excited for the show. Eleanor reluctantly pressed on Calum's twitter; she actually hadn't checked it in a while, unlike him who checked hers nearly every day. Just like the rest of the boys, Calum had tweeted about the show.

"Calum5SOS: So nervous for tonight, but so excited. Going to be our best show yet! #Nexcited"

Eleanor stared at the hash tag he had used; they always had thought in the same way; they had been one of those cliché couples that could finish each other's sentences. Ashton often referred to them as a "Tumblr Couple".

Eleanor checked the time at the top of her phone screen, which read that it was 10am. Adriana would be over in two hours, so they could help each other get ready for the concert tonight. Placing her phone back on her bedside table, Eleanor pushed herself out of her bed to go and get herself some breakfast.

Her mum was already in the kitchen, still in her pyjamas, and was making herself a cup of tea.

"Morning, mum!" Eleanor spoke, startling her mum. She jumped, spinning around and sighed, once she realised it was only Eleanor.

"You've got to stop doing that!" her mum laughed, placing a hand over her heart. Eleanor laughed, grabbing a bowl out of the cupboard and finding some cereal. She settled on Fruit Loops, pouring them into the bowl and eating them, sitting down at the breakfast bar. "Excited for tonight?" her mum asked. Eleanor swallowed her mouthful before answering.

"I think nervous is more appropriate" she admitted.

"Well, from what Adriana's told me, Calum is pretty eager to see you tonight as well. You guys are going to be back together in no time" her mum smiled, finishing making her tea and joined her daughter at the breakfast.

"You really think so?" Eleanor asked, before shovelling another spoonful of Fruit Loops into her mouth.

"Absolutely! I knew this wouldn't last, to be honest, even if he had temporarily chosen his career over you. You guys are way too in love to be apart from each other for too long. Young love is the best." A small smile appeared on Eleanor's face at her mum's words. Once Eleanor had finished her breakfast, she headed back upstairs to get in the shower, just in time for Adriana to arrive.

Three hours later, and both the girls were ready for the concert. They had both done one another's make-up and hair. Eleanor was wearing her new outfit that she had bought, and Adriana was wearing a simple floral dress that came just above her knees, and she wore white wedges.

The girls were currently being driven to the venue of the concert by Eleanor's mum. They were about twenty minutes away, and Eleanor was becoming more and more nervous by the second. Her throat was becoming dry and her heart was picking up speed. She was feeling sick with nerves.

Eleanor stared up at the building in front of her, as her mum pulled into the car park. Her heart was beating so fast now, and her right leg started bouncing – something she did when she was nervous. Eleanor closed her eyes and breathed in, in attempt to calm her nerves.

"I can't do this" she choked out, chewing on her thumb's fingernail.
