Chapter Ten

Calum watched as Eleanor and Adriana walked away into the distance, before letting his eyes fall to the glass in front of him. It had suddenly become very interesting to look at.

"Well, I reckon she still loves you" Donna spoke. Calum had asked her for advice on how to get Eleanor back, or get over her. She was his sister's, Mali, best friend so he knew he could trust her. He would have asked Mali but she was on her own headline tour, herself.

The pair had decided on going to a little cafe in town, to avoid the other boys loud behaviour and unhelpful inputs.

"What?" Calum's head snapped up. He had heard what she said, he just wasn't sure if he had heard her right.

"She obviously thought I was your new girlfriend or something, didn't you see how she walked away when I turned around? I think you still have a shot with her"

"Except I leave for tour again tomorrow" he frowned. Donna grew quiet, developing ideas in her head.

Calum had returned back home now and was currently sorting out his laundry so he could repack for his return to tour tomorrow. He threw his clothes into the washer and slammed the door shut, turning it on. He waited until it started before going back to hiding away in his room.

He lay down on his bed, looking up at the ceiling and chewed on his lower lip, thinking about his situation. Even if Eleanor did still love him, he couldn't even try to get to get her back; at least not while she was with Aaron. He couldn't bear the thought of trying to break them up; he would have hated it if someone had purposely tried to break them up while they were together. With that said though, he knew that if he didn't show he still wanted her – still loved her – she wouldn't know he still felt the same, meaning she wouldn't have any reason to end things with Aaron. But he didn't want to get in between another couple; he didn't know what to do anymore.

The boys arrived at the airport, once again. They had finished having their luggage being weighed, and they were now waiting to board the plane. They only had a few weeks of concerts left. They would be going to France, Portugal, Spain then they were going to finish in their home country; Australia.

They were on the plane now. Calum was seated by a window, which he loved as he enjoyed watching the world get smaller and smaller as they took off. He had his head leaning against the window as the plane started to take off, watching as everything started to disappear and look like they could be ants. It was a long flight to France, so Calum decided he would try and sleep for the best part of the flight.

Calum woke up with still three hours left of the flight. He looked out the window, noticing it was now dark out. Everyone around him was sleeping peacefully, so he sat fiddling his thumbs figuring out what he could do with himself for the rest of the flight. He was too awake to go back to sleep. He found his iPod in his carry on, and plugged in his earphones finding some music to listen to. He settled on his All Time Low playlist, but still found him mindlessly fiddling his thumbs, bored out of his mind.

He leaned his head against the window again and watched the lights from below. His mind suddenly wandered back to Eleanor, like it normally did, and he started thinking back to the song he had written in his hotel room earlier on the tour. He figured he would see if the boys wanted to record it for their upcoming album, and maybe even add the song to the set list for the final part of the tour.

Calum made a mental note to talk to the boys about it when they landed.
