I can Smile.
(They're all fake, but you never notice...)
I can laugh, too.
(It's always forced, though...)
I can love.
(No, that's a lie.)
People say I have such pretty eyes.
(They don't notice how dull they are when they spout such lies...)
They say I am burning to the touch.
(But I feel as cold as ice on the inside.)
They say I am as beautiful a ivory.
(I'm too pale and weak...)
The people say everything's going to be okay.
(No it's not, I'm not okay.)
I stare out of the window at night sky as the moon and stars wave to me.
(I won't talk to anyone anymore, I won't be fake anymore.)
My heart is made of metal.
(covered in rust is my cracked and broken beat.)
I holler out when I fall.
(I scream for my freedom of as destroyed, rusted wings attempt to fly.)
I smile wickedly when I crash.
(Down... down... down... SPLAT! Oil leaks from my destroyed veins.)
I soar in the sky and laugh along with the tinkling breezes.
(I am free! Free from that weak and rusted body!)
