Dancing in fiery flames of passion,
Shot down by an arrow of injustice.
Burnt to the ground,
Ashes of regret,
Rise up into the winds of forgiveness.
Sing sorrows away with fallen dreams,
Follow them down to the pits of despair.
Shout out,
Scream,
Let out all of the anger.
Climb to the top,
Bloodied and bruised.
Alive and breathing,
Still living,
Still there.
Make the road that leads to the future,
Create a symphony of howls and hollers.
Rebel,
Independence is what you fight for,
Independence from the grasp of depression,
Choking you,
Holding you back,
You are your own ruler.
Lead your army of thoughts and wishes,
Standing strong at the front lines.
Take back yourself,
Your life,
They were always yours.
Rejoice when the war is finally over,
You have won back what was yours.
Fly with enthusiasm,
Cheer with joy.
Glowing brightly,
The spark lit in your eyes.
You are a Phoenix,
A wondrous creature.
Even when burnt to the ground,
Lying in a pile of ashes,
You rise once more,
Reborn,
Dancing with the flames of life.
Spread your powerful wings,
Take off your mask of soot.
Rise again,
Mighty Phoenix.
