Never really noticed by others.
Almost always forgotten, too...
Just as a warning, look out,
Because this little under dog
Isn't going to hide any longer!
You never payed attention then,
So it's your turn to be surprised
When you see me, shining brightly.
You should have seen your face,
Because it was priceless to me.
This is why you never underestimate
Who you've never known before,
And why you should never, ever,
Judge a star by the distance it is.
Because it is as big and bright
As the Sun in the sky up above.
You shouldn't be surprised too much,
When you realize just how bright I am.
Because I'm going to out shine the Sun,
And no one can tell me I can't anymore.
