Just cleared out my dome- know it takes time to heal
I thought I could wipe it all like some grime
Interfere and provoke- no I prayed for a shield

I pray to reveal any intent that's ill-
Behind what I be prayin for then I correct it
I'm takin my pills
And fruit and vegetable concoctions
Meditatin a lil to face what I feel
My mind's unlike those made before
Used to get lost in it

I signalled
For a quick call
They picked up at once
Askin me what was up
Told em I was feelin stuck
So scared of causin damage to-

-penin wounds by viewin those episodes-
I'd told myself I'd lock away but visited-

-my present, I feel like the moon in the presence-

Tickin off my checklist and investin my effort
