Hello there, to all of my readers and everyone. I'm still alive!!! University life is quite a hazzle and draining. I really admire everyone who survive their college years especially those in med schools. I'll be answering some questions that people have asked me.
1. As many of you know the reason why I'm not updating so much chapters is because it's difficult for me to juggle writing and studying (med school life). I will try my best to write at least something when I have the time so that I can post new chapters.
2. To be honest it's been a while since I did anything related to Mo Dao Zu Shi or any MXTX since lately I've been hooked with Star Wars especially those with Obi Wan Kenobi. I'm not abandoning my books though it's just that I might be also getting new ideas for writing star wars react fanfics.
3. I think the only time I have to post and write stories is during Christmas and Summer break.
Thank you all once again for liking, voting and reading this story. I would also like to ask for some recommendations like if I do write a star wars fanfic would it best if it will the clone wars characters react to Earth stuff or to let them react to certain things, or have a crossover or do something else? Feel free to chat your comments or ideas I would love to read them.
Also I'll be posting a sneak preview of the upcoming chapter that I'm still writing. Also be free to comment below what you think about it.
SNEAK PREVIEW:
The crowd applauded and cheered for a wonderful performance. The man helped the woman stand up from her seat as they both bowed towards the audience with huge grins on their faces and waved to their fans before stepping down from the stage.
"What an interesting pair of siblings you have scouted Xian Dingxiang, I wonder what are your requirements when searching for talented performers" A deep male voice asked the person who was seated across from him in the highest floor and the most exclusive room offered.
"For starters I just search and look with a bunch of luck on my side. But those two are the 陈兄弟姐妹 (Chén xiōng dì jiě mèi - siblings) and I have known and worked with them for 3 years until now" Xian Dingxiang answered while swinging his cup of liquor. "Remind me again why you want to see how I interact with my partners from abroad, General? His majesty the Emperor's younger brother and his wife have often talked about you. They both said and sang many praises and kind words about you and your family"
"The same goes for you, they have told stories about you and your adventures which piques the Emperor's interest on you"
"Well what could I say, I'm truly one of a kind person you will ever meet" Xian Dingxiang self praised himself before thinking of the only time he furtherly helped the royal get together by appearing in his phoenix form. That was one of the biggest and extreme things he did in the mortal realm aside from being the Yiling Laozu during the Sunshot Campaign.
They were currently sitting in a private room located on the 3rd floor. The room is specially reserved only for Xian Dingxiang whenever he's hosting guests, friends or having business with partners there.
"Before we go down to business, I must ask,'' Who is this beautiful companion of yours?" General Miao politely gestured his hand to the woman who was sitting a few distance away from Xian Dingxiang. She offered him a small friendly smile.
"She is a relative of a good friend of mine who's currently out of town. He placed her under my care until he came back." Xian Dingxiang explained before introducing them to each other.
"This is General Miao, he's one of the leading forces in the imperial army and close friends with the current crown prince and princess." He gestured his hand towards the general before introducing his female companion.
"This lovely lady here is 百丽华 (Bǎi lì huá - Bai Li Hua) and this is her attendant/right hand lady." He also introduced the handmaiden that was standing beside her lady being poised and attentive of her surroundings.
"A pleasure to meet you, general" Bai Li Hua slightly nodded her head with gracefulness, acknowledging his presence. Her handmaiden gave him a short but polite bow out of respect.
"Ladies and Gentlemen unto our next performance with the song 你是我的荣耀 (Nǐ shì wǒ de róngyào - Time Monologue), help me welcome up to the stage The SnowFlake of Yuandao Xue Meirin." The male announcer introduced the next performer.
This made the audience, especially the male attendees, cheer louder than the female attendees who gave politeful and cheerful claps. Once the announcer stepped down from the stage the musicians started to play the music and the lights were all focused on the ceiling making everyone's direction to look up.
Sitting on the moon chair that was slowly coming down was a beautiful young woman wearing this outfit and hairstyle down here below. She had her eyes closed and wore light makeup that made her face look more natural.
"Who's that??" Bai Lihua couldn't help but ask out of curiosity as she looked around to see that she wasn't the only one whose head was sticking out of the frame.
"The SnowFlake of Yuandao Xue Meirin" Xian Dingxiang responded with a hint of pride and smirked. "Aside from the siblings, she is one of our popular acts for she can easily charm people with her charming voice and appearance. Her personality matches with her appearance for being kind, sweet, charming, humble and so forth."
The music started to play a soft and lovely tune as the girl slowly opened her eyes that charmed some of the audience and begin to sing the song she's gonna perform.
"我夢過星光牽衣袖 (Wǒ mèng guò xīng guāng qiān yī xiù - I dreamed of starlight pulling sleeves)......."
