San walked into the motel room and immediately noticed the chaos. "Eun-Ji?" He looked around, then noticed the kitchen cabinets broken. San began to panic, "Eun-Ji, are you here?" He approached the scene and kneeled, picking up a piece of the broken wood. "Shit!" He threw the wood to the side and stood, immediately picking up his phone to call Eun-Ji. As he held the phone up to his ear, he could hear her classic ringtone in the room. He followed the sound to find her phone slid under the table. He picked it up and brushed it off, "No, no, no!"
...
Woo Young knocked on the door and San didn't hesitate to open it. "I got here as fast as I cou..." Then Woo Young noticed the broken cabinets, "San, what happened?"
San ran his fingers through his hair, shaking his head, "I don't know. I walked in and the room looked like a fight broke out," San held out Eun-Ji's phone, "Woo, she never leaves her phone," He informed him as Woo Young slowly took her phone.
"San, it's okay. We will find her, okay?" Woo Young put his hands on San's shoulders, trying to calm him down. Then Woo Young felt his phone ring.
...
Eun-Ji screamed out as more torture was bestowed upon her. Shallow cuts poorly decorated her skin, "I won't tell you anything!" She yelled through pained breaths, and the demon sighed. He pulled out what would be Yeosang's phone.
"If you won't, then I'll just make him come to us, hm?" He smirked as he scrolled through the contacts of Yeosang's device, coming across Woo Young, "Woo Young, if Yeosang's memory serves me right, is San's little slut, isn't he?" Eun-Ji tugged against the rope again, fighting to break free, her face scrunched into a snarl. "I'll take your anger as a yes," he laughed and dialed the number, putting it on speaker.
...
Woo Young reached into his pocket to see a call coming in from Yeosang. San nodded, giving Woo Young the go ahead to answer it. "Yeosang, it's not a good time,"
"Isn't it though? I think now is a great time," Yeosang's devilish smirk could be heard through the phone.
Woo Young and San exchanged looks. Woo Young held his finger to his lips, telling San to stay quiet. "What do you want?"
"I have someone here that I think you may be missing.. Go ahead, say hello," Yeosang created another harsh slash across Eun-Ji's stomach, and her unmistakable scream made San's stomach churn.
"Yeosang, stop! What are you doing?!" Woo Young yelled, and Yeosang chuckled.
"Oh come on, doesn't she sound lovely?" He said as more screams were heard, followed by sobbing.
"Yeosang!" Woo Young screamed, "For the love of God!" San struggled to stay quiet. His anger and fear were building up in him like water about to boil over.
"Where's your boy toy, Woo Young?" Yeosang sang the question, and Eun-Ji's muffled sobs were still heard, "Bring him to me,"
"Don't answer him, Woo!" Eun-Ji cried, "Keep my brother safe, please!" Eun-Ji's screams then echoed.
San went to yell, and Woo Young was quick to cover his mouth, insisting he stay quiet. "I don't know, Yeosang. Please, just let her go,"
"I just have this feeling you're not telling your big brother the truth," He caressed her face with the back side of the knife, and Eun-Ji fought to get away from him."What a shame," He pressed the knife into her cheek, the opposite side, so she now had mirroring cuts. She screamed out.
San ripped Woo Young's hand from his mouth, "Don't touch her!"
The line went silent.
"Just tell me where you are.. But please, don't hurt her," San begged from the bottom of his soul, "Don't hurt her," He repeated.
"Now that's more like it, Sann-ie! You know how to find us. You have until sunrise tomorrow," And the phone clicked.
Woo Young slowly lowered the phone, in complete shock as to the conversation that just took place. "That wasn't Yeosang..." He mumbled, "That can't be Yeosang. He wouldn't do this,"
San was filled with rage towards Yeosang. In his eyes, it was Yeosang and no one else. He didn't know what was hiding behind Yeosang's skin. "It sure as hell sounded like him!" San snapped and Woo Young jumped, looking up to San, who began packing a bag with any weapon he could think to bring.
"San, please wait." Woo Young begged and San ignored him. His voice was muted in San's ears, everything was red to him now as he planned every way he could possibly kill Woo Young's brother. "San, listen to me!" Woo Young put his hand on San's shoulder. San pushed his hand away aggressively. Woo Young could feel his eyes sting with tears. San threw his bag over his shoulder and shoved past Woo Young, tossing it on the table next to his computer.
"Give me your phone," San demanded, and Woo Young refused, staying silent as he tightened his grip around the device, "Woo Young!" He snapped, holding out his hand. Woo Young didn't respond. His mind was in shambles. Woo Young truly believed he had gone mute for the moment. He felt frozen in time. San growled and walked up to Woo Young, a whole new fury filled his eyes. In honesty, it scared Woo Young. San forced the phone from his hand and brought it back to the computer, plugging it in.
"San, that can't be Yeosang. I swear to you he wouldn't do this. He loved her. I-" Woo Young was trying to reason. But San's anger over flowed. He slammed his hand down on the table.
"Enough!" San yelled. "Your brother has my sister scared for her life and you expect me to just.. just say 'It can't be Yeosang,'? I don't know Yeosang! And as far as I am concerned right now, it is Yeosang, and Yeosang only. You better pray to God he lets her go, Woo Young," San looked up to Woo Young, whose eyes glossed with tears. San felt terrible for scaring him, but his mind was only on Eun-Ji. "Or I swear I will kill him myself," San's voice lowered as he unplugged Woo Young's phone and left it on the table, taking his bag and leaving without another word.
...
"Yeosang fight back, baby. I know you can," Eun-Ji pleaded out, blood now dried against her pale skin. The demon smirked in Yeosang's skin, walking up to her and bringing his face inches away from hers.
"If you don't shut up, I'll cut out your tongue, okay?" The demon's voice went high, as if he were mocking. His face dropped as he walked away from Eun-Ji. He went to leave, stopping right before the fire, "Hmph. You won't be needing that," He grinned and put it out, "good night,".
