It was cold where Eun-Ji woke up. The air in the damp room stuck to her clammy skin as she woke up on the broken would floor of an old shack. Definitely not where she had fallen asleep the night prior. She had fallen asleep in the same place, and woke up in the same place for about a month now. Right next to Yeosang. She slowly sat up and rubbed the grogginess from her drooped eyes as she tried to adjust her vision to her surroundings. The shiver that rattled her is what finally shook her awake. Eun-Ji scrambled to her feet, each move made the floor creak beneath her. "San? Yeosang? Woo?" She called only to get a response from her own echo.

She didn't know where she was. Her heart began pound against her tight chest. She scanned the area before noticing a window in the room she was in. She ran to it and stuck her head out, her eyes discovered an area she had never seen before, and as far as she knew... She was completely alone.

...

San woke to a musty, unfamiliar smell that wafted into his nostrils as he slept. His eyes fluttered open to see a foreign room, with the only light being a window that was placed directly across from him. He stood up quickly and looked down to the rusted cot he had been laying on. The mattress had stains that could not be easily identified. "Eun? Hello?" He yelled through the empty abandoned home. San directed his eyes towards the light that flooded through the open window, then to the door next to it.

He patted down his pockets in search of any weapon, "Shit," He mumbled as he was only met with empty attire. He looked to the door and slowly approached, each step caused cracking sounds under his heavy steps. He opened the door to see what looked to be an old village. Skeletons of animals scattered across the dirt path that traced through the houses and markets. It seemed the whole village had an orange hue to it. "Hello?"

"San?" The familiar voice came from down the path. San turned his head to meet Eun-Ji running towards him, "San!"

San smiled with relief that his sister was there. Even more so that she was seemingly okay. He ran to her, meeting her in the middle of the path, "Oh, Eun, thank God," He whispered when he finally had the small female in his arms.

"San, where are we?" Eun-Ji began immediately questioning.

"I don't know," He looked around, still holding her hand in his, afraid he'd lose her again.

"How'd we get here?" She asked again, not breaking her eyes from San.

"I don't know." He answered more sternly. He had no clue. He was thrown into this just as Eun-Ji was, therefore, he was just as clueless.

"Hello, Choi's," A familiar voice called from behind San. San spun around and pushed Eun-Ji behind him once he met the eyes of the crimson-eyed demon.

"Mingi," San growled, his voice grew husky, which only caused the tall vessel to chuckle.

"Sit, boy. I'm not here to hurt you," He answered, taking a few steps closer to the siblings. San and Eun-Ji stepped back, and that's when Mingi noticed the female standing behind San, "Oh, of course. Where are my manners," He smiled a devilish smirk, "I'm Song Mingi, but I'm sure you already knew that, hm, Eun-Ji?"

"Why are we here?" Eun-Ji snapped, stepping out from behind her older brother. Mingi clicked his tongue and smirked slightly.

"Think of it as.. training, yeah?" Mingi answered.

"Training?" Eun-Ji asked, exchanging glances with her sibling.

"Training for what?" San continued her question, narrowing his eyes.

Mingi raised his brows teasingly, then vanished into smoke, leaving the siblings alone in the dirt path. San growled, "You son of a bitch!" San yelled into the air. Eun-Ji sighed, reaching for her cell in her pocket and checking the service bars.

"I have nothing," She groaned, sliding her phone into her pocket, "What are we meant to do, now?" turned to face San, whom was just pacing back and forth.

"I'm thinking, give me a minute, alright?" He demanded with anger lacing his husky voice. Eun-Ji threw her hands up in defeat, earning an irritated scoff from San, "What?"

"We're stranded, San. Woo and Yeo are probably worried sick about us. We have no way of communication and-" Eun-Ji was interrupted when she heard a low growl hum in her ears. Her and San stopped and slowly turned their heads towards the sound, "S-San..." She grabbed hold of her brother's sleeve, tugging on it slightly. The monster they were met with had glowing red eyes and flaming brown hair. long nails curled from its fingers.

The figure looked shallow, its eyes hollow from starvation. The smirk it had was filled with long fangs protruding harshly from its gums. "Rakshasa.." San mumbled. The creature rolled his neck, then greeted the siblings again with its bloodshot, red eyes. "Run," San said. The creature began charging at them, San grabbed his sisters hand with a tight grip and pulled, "Run!"

...

"I don't know, Hwa, we woke up and they were gone," Woo Young spoke with a nervous tone. It had been several hours since the disappearance of the Choi siblings. Woo Young had called Seonghwa, expressing his worry and fear through incoherent sentences. All he was able to get out was their address.

"Okay, when was the last time you saw them?" Seonghwa asked the brothers, both obviously confused as to where they could have gone. They didn't bring anything with them. Even their shoes still sat by the front door.

"Last night, right before we went to bed," Yeosang intervened. "I tried calling Eun, but it went straight to voicemail," He explained.

Seonghwa nodded, "The only person I can think of that could possible locate them is Yunho,"

"Okay, well summon him," Woo Young demanded impatiently. Yeosang placed his hand on his brothers shoulder, and Woo Young sighed.

"What will you need?" Yeosang asked, dropping his hand from Woo Young.

...

San and Eun-Ji ran as fast as the could until they found a secure place to hide for the time being. The only stone building in the entire village was an abandoned hay silo with a wooden door on the side. San ran up and tugged on the door, breaking the lock and shoving Eun-Ji inside, then him following shortly after. He looked around quickly for anything he could use to block the door, finally spotting a rake propped against the side. He reached for it and slid it through the handle, creating a temporary barrier.

San and Eun-Ji gasped as the caught their breath. "There's gotta be some sort of light," He mumbled as he looked around in the pitch black, scouring with his hands to find anything. Eun-Ji began looking also until her hand hit a small object. As she felt it, she could feel the tall neck of the lantern.

"San, here," She said as she picked it up, searching for the nob to start up the flame. She turned it once and watched as a small flame illuminated the glass that surrounded it. "Better than pitch black," She sighed as she set it back down. She looked around at the hay that surrounded them. Old skeletons and straw hats laid neatly against the piles. She shivered at the sight.

San was too busy searching for anything that could be used as a weapon. Shovels, rakes, hoes. None of this could be used to kill a monster. He growled, "I'm going to kill him," He snarled. The cement was cold under his bare feet. He curled his toes, cursing the demon that banished them here.
