Esmes POV
" We're at playlist!" Daddy shouted into the camera twirling around the green room, which was actually grey. " and it Esmes first YouTube gathering. Are you guys excited for this?" He continued pointing the lense at Emilia, Eduardo and I.
"Yeah!"we all shout in unison as we catch up with mummy who was talking to a tall man who had a lot of kids running around him.
"This must be Esme," he said as Emilia and I run to mummy.
" yep," mummy replied. "Esme, this is Shay." She said pointing to the man that she was talking to.
" hi," I said shyly." Nice to meet you."
" it's nice to meet you too," he replied then he looked at Emilia. " Do you remember me Emilia?"
" no," Emilia replied and started laughing. Mum then went back to her conversation with Shay and I sat and played on my iPad next to daddy. we had a hang out in about an hour so we were just filling up time.
"Hi," a small voice said from I front of me. I turned my iPad off and sawa girl a few years older than me in front of me. I recognised her as one of the children that was running around Shay when mummy was talking to him.
" I'm Emmi," another girl said as she sat down in the seat next to me. " and this is my sister Avia." she then pointed to the girl who had said hi.
" I'm Esme," I managed to choke out. I'm not very good with meeting new people, i never have been.
"How old are you?" Emmi asked.
"I'm eight." I answered.
" same!" She squealed in delight.
"I'm ten," Avia then said." Do you like Taylor Swift?"
" she's Ok. Are you vloggers?" I asked, my confidence slowly growing.
" Yeah," Avia said. " we met your family before, this time last year I think. Our brother scared Emilia."
" our channel is called the SHAYTARDS," Emmi continued.
Avia, Emmi and I talked some more and then we had to go to our hang out. I got lots of high fives from people and also we got a lot of presents. After that we met a few other british youtubers that I hadn't met before, ate food and went to bed. Playlist is actually a realy cool place. I can't wait to come back next year.
