Wow i definitely did not procrastinate and delay this book by months, my lazy ass just couldn't keep my promise, sorry for that

80 years since then, the Dominicans and Haitians have revisited the painful memory of the Parsley Massacre...

20,000 people
20,000 innocent lives lost

The two brothers were walking together and as the rain began to grow heavier and heavier

Began growing heavier like the Dominican's guilt

The guilt of discriminating his brother and his people, the guilt of ignoring the pleas of the Haitian people who had no idea why they were getting massacred in the first place

His brother had gone through way too much and he didn't even notice it

"Hey Domi? Are you ok?" He was shook back to reality by his brother

"Uh yeah....Sorry"

"You don't have to apologise for anything Domi"

"Yes i do, I've made you suffer so much all because I couldn't forgive you for what happened centuries ago, you helped me so much and I was too ignorant to notice it"

Seeing his brother in so much emotional pain, Haiti decided it would be better to take him home and console him

"Look it's all in the past, we can move on"

"No we can't! My actions lead to this!"

"I don't blame you Domi,I ruined everything myself, we all made mistakes but we can just move on, you're already forgiven" The Haitian said trying to comfort him

To be continued..

I'm sorry for the short chapter but making a memorial chapter is better off being short
This chapter was also made to remember the massacre
It's a reminder of how easily government leaders can manipulate soldiers
