I just look at my teammates who are busy practicing. I observe their improvement in playing basketball. our coach is away so I will be the playing coach for a few weeks. the regional tournament for women's basketball is coming up so intense practice is really needed.
"Naomi! wag kang mabagal tumakbo! bilisan mo para sa fast break!"
"wag mong patagalin ang bola sa kamay mo Cindy! ipasa mo!"
"what the hell and you're lazy Sooyu!"
Shouting at my teammates is my job every day. few of them are not yet good at playing and still need the basics
We lost our concentration in practice when Kazumi suddenly screamed and ran.
"PAPA KENJI!!!" sigaw nya
We stopped and looked at her at the same time. My mouth suddenly tasted bitter when I saw her hugging Kenji's neck.
"Oh! May dala kang breakfast for me?" Kinikilig pang sabi pagkatapos nya yumakap kay Fujima. Nakita nya kaseng may dalang paperbag.
I kept my eyes on the court and didn't look in their direction.
"Naks naman!"
"AYIEEE KAZUMI"
"Sanaol!"
"Ano ba guys!hihihi" pabebeng sabi nya na nagpairita saakin.
I crossed my arms and closed my eyes I feel the heaviness of my chest. it's like I suddenly lost my appetite and I want to go home to have a nap
I took a deep breath and looked at my teammates
"Sinong nag sabi tumigil kayo sa practice? Nalalapit na ang tournament! Ano tutunganga lang kayo dyan?" I shouted rudely to all of them and they stopped and looked at me but I just raised an eyebrow at them.
"Napaka KJ mo naman Piper" pabebeng sabi ni Kazumi saakin
I laughed sarcastically and looked at her.
"I'm not KJ, I don't have time to wait for you. We have a tournament to participate in, so do you put that first?" Turo ko sakanila ni Fujima. Nanatiling ito nakatingin saakin habang nagsasalita ako
" I want to win that tournament." I added irritatedly said to her, she was left speechless.
"if you don't want to practice and want to watch her. go!" Naiinis na saad ko sakanilang lahat
"Bitter ka kase kaya ka ganyan" dagdag pa nya sabay irap saakin
"I'm not bitter with you Kazumi. We're in practice and inside this court I'm the captain of the team or i should say I'm your Captain, I'm a professional here, I'm not including my issue here, kung gusto mo, dyan kana lang we'll go back to practice, you're not a VIP para antayin pa namin. " I answered her sarcastically and rolled my eyes.
"Ano?! Balik na sa practice" masungit na saad ko sakanila
"Tara na nagagalit na si Piper"
