Chapter 16

"So, you can't join your parents for Christmas? Shall we just celebrate together?" he said to me while pushing the cart. We are shopping groceries because there is no food in my condo.

"Hindi ka ba hahanapin ng parents mo sa araw na yon?"

"I'll take you with me on Christmas Eve and then we'll be together on Christmas Day."

"What?!" I stopped walking and so did he.

Makikilala ko ang parents nya?! we don't have a relationship yet!

"Oo, isasama lang naman kita tapos sasabihin ko nililigawan kita dahil yun naman talaga ang relasyon natin" kaswal na sabi nya at nagtulak ng cart kaya sumunod na ako.

Nang mapamili nanamin lahat ng kailangan umuwi na kami sa condo. Sya na ang nagluto ng hapunan namin.

Nanonood ako ng Tv sa sala habang nagluluto sya. Nakahiga ako sa sofa at pumikit ako saglit hanggang hindi ko namalayan nakatulog na ako.

I woke up with a gentle touch on my head, I opened my eyes and saw Kenji sitting on the floor as if he was watching me sleeping.

"Wake up baby, let's eat," he said softly, I nodded and got up, he held my hand and went to the kitchen. I yawned and sat down to eat.

We ate fish stake. After we ate, he sent me straight to the room. he was the one who offered to wash the dishes.

After a while he also went to the room, he finished washing the dishes. he went straight to my study table.

"Hindi ka pa matutulog?" I asked him and sat on the bed, he turned to me and shook his head.

"I can't sleep yet. I have homework to do. I'll just finish it first" he answered me and looked back at the book that was on the table.

I lay down and just watched him study until I fell asleep.

A few days passed until Christmas Eve arrived. We couldn't go to their house because his parents went to a different country and it was sudden so it couldn't be canceled so we had no choice but to continue Christmas Eve with just the two of us. that morning we cleaned the condo because I was going to display some Christmas lights and a Christmas tree. Kenji and I bought it the other day. Christmas break also started so we don't have any school works to do.

I smiled after I put Christmas lights on the Christmas tree and I also put them on the wall and I just put decorations to make it look nice. I looked at my glass window, it was snowing heavily outside and it was also very cold.

Napalingon ako sa pintuan ng bumukas inyo and i saw Kenji entered with many plastic bags. it looks like he bought a food for later.

"wow, it's beautiful, isn't it? It's great!" He complimented the decor I did in the condo.

"Bumili na ako ng fried chicken, Pasta, Cake para mamaya may beer at wine na din" dagdag nya at yumakap saakin mula sa likuran tinanaw namin ang snow sa labas.

My body felt hot when he started kissing my neck He grabbed my chest from the outside of my clothes, I couldn't stand it and I turned to him to kiss him. We kissed deeply until we ended up on the bed.
