    The One With the Birth

"She's  not here yet. She's not here. She's having my baby and she's not here."Ross yelled after handing up the phone in the waiting room

"I'm sure everything's fine. Has her water broke yet?"Mon asked

"I don't know, but when I spoke to her, she said she had already passed the mucus plug."Ross said

Joey scoffed

"Do we have to know about that?"He asked

"Joey, what are you gonna do when you have a baby?" Monica asked

"I'm gonna be in the waitin' room, handing out cigars."He replied

"Yes, Joey's made arrangements to have his baby in a movie from the 50's."Chandler joked

"God, I don't believe this. She could be giving birth in the cab."Ross yelled

"Oh, Ross, relax. It's probably like two dollars for the first contraction, and then fifty cents for each additional contraction."Rachel Joked

He glared at her.

" What, it's ok when Chandler ir y/n does it?"She asked

"You have to pick your moments."Chandler said

Pheobe walked in with her guitair.

"Did I miss it, did I miss it?"She asked

"She's not even here yet."Ross said

"What's with the guitar?"I asked

"I just thought we might be here for awhile. You know, things might get musical."Pheobe smiled

Carol and Susan walked in.

"Where the hell have you been?"Ross asked as Susan wheeled her in in a wheel chair.

"We stopped at the gift shop."Susan smiled

"I was looking at stuffed animals, and Susan wanted a Chunky."Carol told

"Susan wanted a Chunky. We're having a baby, ok, a baby, you don't stop for Chunkys."Ross yelled

"I used to have that bumper sticker."Chandler joked as Ross followed the girl back to the room.

"You see what I mean."Chandler said looking at Rachel

We sat around for what felt like forever.
I watched moms come in and out with babies,one oft the other.

"I want a baby."I mumbled

" Mmmm. Not tonight, honey. I got an early day tomorrow."Chandler mumbled as he was practically asleep on my shoudker.

I shrugged him off.

"Get up. Come on. Let's get some coffee."I said bitterly.

"Oh, ok, 'cause we never do that."He said sarcstically after noticing my tone.

Chandler and I got coffee from the cafeteria before going back to the waiting room.

When we go back Pheobe was singing to everyone in the waitng room. "

"They're tiny and chubby and so sweet to touch,
and soon they'll grow up and resent you so much.
Now they're yelling at you and you don't know why,
you cry and you cry and you cry.
And you cry and you cry and you cry..."She sung

At this point Ross was in the waiting room.

"Oh, look, twins. Hi, guys. Oh, cute, cute."Pheobe said

"No fair. I don't even have one. How come they get two?"I said
