ENCHANTED

Chapter 2

Arnav Singh Raizada is not happy about the things happening. With Karishma visit to the country and the idiotic timing of kushi revealing about his and karishma's relationship, granny's adamant behavior demanding him to break up with his girlfriend, he is having one hell of a day.

He planned to reveal this information to Karishma on dinner, so when she surprised him at his office, he reacted the only way he know, getting angry.

Hi, he greeted her. 

He hugged her, he felt her hug after a few seconds.

So, you are only on good behavior on the scheduled time. Unscheduled meetings are a no, Noted

Arnav smiled at that. She does that, he is getting comfortable around her, which actually surprised him. She smiled radiantly at him.

Karishma looked at the handsome lad who is standing before her, with one of his rare smiles. She can't believe she got a smile, it must be a lucky day after all.

They ate and talked about everything that is going on work, family. She saw a concern in his face when she asked about his family. He is not ready to talk about them to his granny, she understands him. His family is totally different from hers, her parents and siblings have been supportive of their relationship. With his granny, she don't know what to expect, but she knows that his siblings and aunt is supportive of them which is a good factor.

Karishma, I have to talk to you about something.

Hmm, she mumbled with ice cream in her mouth

Granny came know about us, now everybody in my family knows about us

She swallowed ice cream in a go. So that's the reason for his sour mood today.

Us? How? I thought we are waiting for some time

A nosy person who doesn't know how to keep her mouth shut blabbered about us. Let's not talk about that. The thing now is my granny is not happy about us

He had warned her of this, about his granny and his doubt that his granny wouldn't be okay about them. He is right, but still she doesn't know how anyone could have a say in another's relationship especially when they didn't even met the person in the relationship. She remembered her own granny's words, about the norms here. It baffled her to no end.

She might try to contact you, Just don't worry. I'll handle this.

Isn't it a good sign if your granny wanted to meet me? I mean, we might get on good terms.

He looked at her like she said something stupid. Any other time, she would feel offended by his reaction, but he knows his granny more than her, still.

He narrated what happened in his own short and sharp style, she likes that about him. But she is not liking how events are going, apparently his granny thinks it's a bad idea that they are both dating. She reminded herself about her granny's advice. She is going to be understanding and patient.
