Arnav walked into the hall and found the whole family there. Karishma was in serious conversation with his sister which actually soothed him.

Care to indulge us in the interesting conversation? Arnav teased

Absolutely not, Anjali claimed

He raised an eyebrow at them. His girlfriend chuckled at his antics.

We've been asking that for a while arnav, no luck to us too, shyam joined

Helo hi bye bye, there will be lot of things between women, you guys don't need to know everything, aunt claimed with a daring smile

The conversation went for a while and they gone to the dinner table when granny joined them.

When karishma tried to seat beside him, a voice interrupted.

That is anjali's seat, she always sit beside arnav.

He saw that his girlfriend stopped at that. But before he can reply, his aunt asked karishma to seat beside her. She also tried to ease the tension. Honestly, his family is the one reason why he is not erupting in full anger recently.

He saw his Jijaji signaling something to granny, he is sure that it means to play nice.

But it doesn't bother granny it seems, he saw she deliberately snatched the spoon when karishma went for it, the same repeated when his girlfriend tried to take cookies. Granny snatched the cookies and gave it to his sister, he saw karishma giving a smile which didn't reach her eyes. Honestly these things are so silly that he didn't even know what to say.

Shyam treated everyone with panipuri. And when they gave it to karishma, arnav warned her that it will be spicy. With curiosity she ate one and looked at him with shock.

She is not used to this. It's new for her, he said

Ha, But, once you get used to this karishma, you will never get enough, aunt promised.

Karishma seem confused. So, his brother in law helped her out. He made a sweet chat and passed it to her. She accepted gratefully.

So, can you cook Ms.Kashyap? Granny's voice mocked.

Its okay arnav. I can cook some fast dishes like noodles. But other that that, I don't know. I tried to learn but it's not my cup of tea.

Actually, its not, granny proclaimed.

Granny, I don't care if karishma is able to cook or not. I'm looking for a life partner not a cook, he said with determination.

That seems to silent his granny. He went for office after the breakfast.
