Rory, 7 months time skip.

"We've got no place to go." T-dog shakes his head.

"When this herd," Maggie points to a place on the map. "Meets up with this one. We'll be cut off, we'll never make it south." She shakes her head.

"What do you say, it's about 150 head?" Daryl asks, looking over to me. I rearrange the twins in the baby carrier Rick found a while back.

"That was last week, could be double that now." Glenn shrugs. I look past to Lori who was sat in one of the car.

"This river," Hershel points to a long line of squiggly blue. "Could have delayed them. If we move fast, we might have a chance to tear through this." He suggests.

"That could work, but if this group joins with that one, they could spill out this way."

"So we're blocked?" Maggie asks.

"Only thing to do, is double back at 27th, go towards greenville."

"We picked through that already." T-dog shook his head. "It's like we've spent the winter going in circles."

Rick sighed. "I know, I know. At Newman, we'll push west. Haven't been through the area. We can't keep going house to house," he looks to Lori who was sitting in the car. "We need to find a place to hold up for a while."

"Alright. Is it cool if we get to the creek before we head out. It shouldn't take long, but we gotta fill up on water. We can boil it later." We all make our way back to the cars. Rick and Hershel stay behind.

"Hey, while the others wash their panties, let's go hunt. That owl didn't exactly hit the spot." I give him a disgusted look, not liking the word panties.

"Don't say panties, nasty ass." I fake gag. he gives me an amused smile.

"Well, are we going or not?" Rick asks, coming up behind up.

"Be safe out there." I give Rick a side hug before going to Daryl and doing the same. "Don't take to long." I walk back to the truck, getting up into the front seat. I rock back and forth softly, hoping to get Evie and Ellie to sleep.

I furrow my brows as Rick and Daryl come running back. I carefully slip my way out of the truck and make my way over to them.

"What's going on?"

"We found someplace, we gotta get too it. Help gather everyone up."

I stood in awe as I looked up to the prison in front of us. Rick cuts the wire, holding it open for us. Glenn and Maggie kill a walker that was getting to close for liking.

"Watch the backside!" I slip through the fence, making sure Evie and Ellie are ok.

"Got it." Lori slips through with ease, shielding her belly. Daryl and Glenn start to close the fence with wire.

We run down the little alleyway between the two fences. Daryl opens a door and we slip through it, looking at the courtyard that was filled with walkers.

"This is perfect, if we can close the gate, stop walkers from coming in, we can pick off the ones in here. We can take the field by tonight."

"How do we do it?" Hershel asked, looking around the group.

"I'll do it." Glenn volunteered himself. Maggie shook her head.

"No, it's a suicide run."

"But I'm the fastest."

"No, you, Maggie, Beth and T-dog, draw as many as you can over there." He point to a part of the fence. "Daryl, go to the other tower." daryl nods and starts to make his way to the tower. "Carol, you've become a good shot. Go with him, take your time, we don't have much ammo. Hershel, Carl and Rory. You take this one." I nod, making sure my gun is full before following Hershel and Carl to the top of the tower.

I shush Evie as she starts to fuss.

"Here," Hershel takes his jacket off, laying it on the inside of the tower. "Lay them down in here. They'll be safe and the gunfire won't hurt their ears as much." I nod, having Carl undo the clips on my back. I carefully take them off and lay them on the blanket, going back out.

I see Maggie, Beth, Glenn and T-dog luring walkers away as Lori opens the door for Rick, closing it after him.

We all start to cover for him as walkers get to close. He finally reached the gate, kicking a walker away he shuts it and locks it before going into the guard tower over there.

"Light it up!" I start to shoot the walkers, watching as they fall. I smile to myself as the last one is shot. My smile quickly drops when I hear the screams of the twins. I tuck my gun away and go to them.

"You're ok, you're ok." I bounce them. Quieting them down a little. They were probably hungry. We all meet next to the yard.

"Fantastic!" Carol smiled widely.

"Nice shooting." He pats Carol on the back.

"Yeah," she looks down before looking to Lori. "You ok?"

"I haven't felt this good in weeks." She laughs, we all make our way into the yard. I watch as Glenn kills a walker and T-dog laughs.

"We haven't had this much space since the farm!" Carol spins on her heels, going in a complete 360 with her arms out.

"Woo!" T-dog exclaims, running past us all. Y laugh, placing the straps of the carrier around me once more.

As the day goes on and the sun starts to set. I finally got the twins to sleep, I make my way with a small bowl of food to Daryl. Once he notices me, he starts to help me up.

"It's not much. But if I don't bring you something, you won't eat at all."

"Guess little Shane over there's got quite the appetite." I slap a hand over my mouth as I try not to laugh.

"Don't be mean!" U give him a slap to the shoulder. "Rick has gotten us further then Shane ever could."

"You're only saying that because he's your brother."

"No, I'm saying that because it's true. I wouldn't lie about something like that." I stretch a little, my shoulders being sore.

"What's wrong." he places a fruit into his mouth.

"Carrying the twins, supplies. Not use to it, hurting my shoulders." I reach back, massaging my own shoulder.

"Hold on." He places his gun and bowl of fruit on the car, licking his fingers clean he starts to massage my shoulders for me.

I let out a soft moan, the pressure feeling good. I feel him tense a little, but he keeps going. I look back at him to see his cheeks all red. I let out a laugh and he stops.

"We should get back." I pout at him.

"Why, pretty romantic." I pucker my lips at him. "Wanna screw around?" I ask with a smirk. His cheeks get even redder and he looks down. He picks up his gun, tucking it in his pants.

"Pff, I'll go down first."

"Oh, even better."

"Stop." He hops down, helping me down after.

"You say that, but I think you're lying, I think you don't want me to stop." I grab his hands in mine, pulling him closer to me, smiling softly I place my lips on his.
