Selena looked over at Logan and his wife, Irene. Tears started to well up in her eyes. "Selena I'm so sorry." He apologized. But she shook her head and grabbed her purse. "It's not your fault, it's mine." She sighed wiping her tear.

"We'd be happy to drive you home." Irene insisted. "Would you?" She asked. "Sure, come on Logan." She said getting up. He stood up and grabbed his car keys.

"Is everything alright. I saw Nick storm out." Stephanie asked as she approached them. "No, actually he's pretty pissed right now." Selena said as she shed a tear. "Awe." She said then embracing her in a hug. "Don't let my stupid cousin make you upset." Stephanie said.

"Thanks but it's actually my fault this time." She sniffed. "I'm sorry. Consider your dinner on the house." She said. "I don't want you to go through all that trouble." Selena sighed at the nice woman. "It's fine, really." She assured her.

Logan pulled up at the Jonas residence moments after. Selena unbuckled her seat belt and grabbed her leather purse. "I'll see you around Selena?" Irene said turning around to her. "Yeah." She smiled through the pain.

Irene reached over for a hug and so they embraced each other and gave one another a cheek kiss. They then said their goodbyes as Selena exited the car and started walking closer to the house.

"Selena?" She heard. Selena turned around to see Logan walking towards her. "Yes?" She asked as they faced each other. "I'm sorry it had to end like this." He apologized. "It's fine." She lied as she felt pain in her throat. She wanted to let all of her tears out.

"No it's not Selena." He said sadly. "I should've told him back in high school that I was the idiot that caused this mess to happen." He said with a frown.

"No, no. Logan it's not your fault. It was no one's fault. Things happen for a reason." She sighed. "Some reason huh..." He said. "Yeah." She said looking up to keep the water in her eyes from escaping.

"It's okay to cry Selena." Logan said looking at her attempt to not cry. She looked at him and gave him a nod, causing tear drops to escape her left eye followed by her right eye.

"Come here." He said opening his arms. She obeyed his orders and went in for a warm embrace. "It's okay." He said comforting her. She sobbed and thought about Nick being angry.

She remembered the last time he was pissed. They had just received the news of having twins. He almost broke his promise before, and now that he was angry again, would he break it? She really hoped he didn't. She hoped he would come to his senses and sit down to talk about it.

"Selena?" They heard. She squirmed out of his arms and focused her attention on where the voice was coming from. There stood her future mother in law curiously. "What's wrong?" She asked as she walked closer to them. "Oh mom." She said before hugging her. Denise wrapped her arms around her and placed Selena's head gently on her shoulder as she cried.

"What happened?" She asked. "It's Nick." She mumbled into her shoulder. She sighed and rolled her eyes. There was always something with Nick that would make Selena cry, thought Denise. "It's gonna be okay." She said and rubbed her back.

"Hey Logan." She greeted. "Hi Mrs. Jonas." He smiled. "I haven't seen you since last month, how's your wife and son?" She asked. "They're okay." He said simply. "My wife's actually in the car." He said. She gave him a nod and said, "Will I be expecting you guys for Christmas dinner?"

"Maybe." He answered. "Well Christmas is right around the corner, think about it." She smiled. "I will don't worry." He smiled back. "Well, I have to go now. They babysitter will ask for more money after nine o'clock." He chuckled nervously. "Alright see you soon." She said as she walked slowly with Selena into the house.
