Running Wild With Bear Grylls

(Y/n) POV:

Flo and I were doing an episode of Running wild with bear grylls. Flo was totally into it but I was very nervous. Im not the wilderness type.

"Bear!" Flo shouted and waved. Bear landed with a helicopter and got out to greet us. "You two ready?" Bear asked and we nodded. "You nervous?" Bear asked again. I nodded and Flo shook her head. "(Y/n)'s not a outdoorsy person." Flo told him.

We're going into the forest and jungle of Costa Rica. We got on the helicopter and flew around into a grassy area. "Okay so we're going to jump. Most important thing is to hold onto this rope." Bear explained. "You're kidding right?" I asked and Bear shook his head. "Oh god." I mumbled.

We jumped off of the helicopter and roped down onto the ground. We walked around to a river and learned how to jump in. "What about my backpack?" I asked. The things I packed will get wet! "It'll be fine!" Bear told me. "No it won't! Emma packed me survival snacks! They'll get wet!" I told him. "Throw them out! Let's go!" Bear shouted. I didn't listen to him and kept my snacks. I hope this backpack is waterproof.

We floated down the river for quite a while. When we got out we had to walk to a different part of the river. We had to tie a rope to a tree and jump back in. I managed to tie the rope which is nice.

"So you two grew up with adventure and wilderness?" Bear asked. "Or grandmas really adventurous and outdoorsy. I don't think I got her outdoorsy vibe cause I'm really nervous about this entire trip." I answered. "Yeah. I grew up loving all of this stuff. Like just the thrill and adventure of things." Flo responded. "What's your grandmas name?" Bear asked. "Granny pat." Flo answered.

"She loves this show. When she found out we were doing it she asked if she could go to." I shared. We made a video for her. Bear introduced the show and made her an honorary guest with us.

The next part of our journey was cliff jumping. But we had to do a depth test first. Once the test was done Bear jumped in with his backpack over his head. Then Flo went and then it was my turn.

"Can I throw this down to you?" I shouted and Flo nodded. I threw my backpack down to her before jumping in. "Cannonball!" I shouted and jumped into the water.

After a few hours of swimming to a certain area we decided to make camp for the night. "So (Y/n), how's Emma?" Bear asked after we made a fire. "She's good! She's been taking some time off." I told him. "I've heard that's because you two have a baby?" He continued. "Yeah, we do. That's why I can't die on this adventure, I need to get back home." I laughed.

After we cooked a bunch of weird bugs Flo and bear went to bed. I stayed up for a bit longer and quietly unzipped my bag once I knew they were asleep.

I pulled out a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and ate it as quietly as I could. Those bugs did not do it for me. I had a granola bar as well before putting my backpack away and going to sleep for the night, mentally preparing myself for tomorrow.
