Michael POV;

Today is the day that Hogwarts legacy comes out. Mum and dad surprisingly aren't interested in it but I think it's super cool! I had it on preorder and now it's finally available.

"Michael, you got a package!" Dad called out and knocked on my door. "Thanks!" I told him and grabbed the box from his hand. I opened up the box and took out the game.

"This is actually so cool!" I exclaimed as I started creating my avatar. After I had made my avatar, who looked like and and had my name, it was time to start my first quest. This is where I finally discover my ancient magic. I checked my watch and saw it was only three o'clock. I have some time before I had to get my homework done.

"Woah, what is this?" Mum asked when she walked into my room. "Hogwarts legacy." I mumbled as I was fighting off some guards. "Looks cool." She exclaimed and watched as I played through the level.

"Where's Hermione?" Mum asked as I walked through hogwarts. "Not here. This takes place like a hundred years before Harry Potter." I answered. "Oh, so what's the point?" She wondered. "I have ancient magic and people are after it." I explained while dueling some students.

Mum just watched while sitting on my bed. I was in my gaming chair and staring at the Tv. I have a gaming PC but it won't run this game so I bought it on ps5. Mum thinks this many video game sources is excessive but it's handy now.

"Run! They're coming for you!" Mum shouted as another student snuck behind me in my duel. I turned around and cast the levioso spell. "It's leviosa, not levioso!" Mum commented as she heard the spell being cast. Classic Hermione.

"Here, you try while I get water." I told mum and gave her the controller.

Emma POV:

Michael left and gave me the controller. I don't know how to play but I'm sure it's not too hard. All I have to do is go help someone. I quickly got the hang of walking, so once I got there I felt very accomplished.

I was talking to a very nice lady who was camping outside of hogwarts. And then suddenly people started attacking.

I didn't know the spells so I just clicked random buttons and tried my best. "I did it!" I cheered as Michael walked back in. "There's more." Michael pointed out as more villains attacked. I tried clicking the buttons again but the character died.

"That's hard!" I commented as Michael sat back down and took the controller. "But it's fun!" He responded and started fighting the villains again.

I have to tell (Y/n) about this game, I bet he'll love it. It's not as good because Hermione's not there but it's still a very cool video game.
