Capri Martin, 9:00pm
Haven't heard from Q since them car pictures. I tried hearting them and changing the subject but he hasn't opened any of my messages. I missed that stupid big head. With his stupid face and stupid smile and stupid tummy and stupid arms and stupid tattoos, and stupid thighs and stupid dick.
I loved hangin with his mama though. She was just like him almost. Just the female version. We sat up in her house, watching romance movies, while eating up all her snacks and crying. Q never wanted to do any of that.
He rather be on the game before ever watching the Notebook with me. He called that movie gay and shut it off. Blew my whole night.
Glad I had Jen to do this with. But it was getting late. Like real late. I had school tomorrow and work. I had to start walking home before I would need a ride and I sure didn't wanna ask.
Being in Jen's car alone with her knowing all the shit me and Q did in the front and back seats would be so awkward. Our DNA was all over that car no matter how much we cleaned it. I just wouldn't be able to look her in the face.
Standing up from my seat, I took
a deep breath. "Alright mama Jen!"
"Awwww you leavin me Princess?" She pouted.
"Love the nickname but yes. But don't be sad. I'll be back...probably tomorrow or the next day."
"Alright. Hugs." She sighed, standing up and holding her arms out.
Hugging Jen tight, I patted her back and rubbed it up and down. She did the same to me and we just stayed like this. I could tell me coming over meant a lot to her and gained me some brownie points.
"Thank you so much Capri. You're literally the best."
"No you." I sighed, taking a deep breath. Not on nothing weird but she smelled so good.
Pulling away from the hug, I slipped my boots on and grabbed my bags from beside the couch. Then she followed me to the door and I grabbed my coat on the hook.
"You sure you don't need a ride hun?" She pouted.
"No I'm good, I think I'll manage." I cheesed, really trying to avoid getting in that car with her. Just knowing I sucked the soul out of her son too many times.
"Alright love. Thank you for the company. You can stop by ANYTIME. Alright?"
"I definitely will." I cheesed, walking out of the door as she held it open for me.
We did one last wave goodbye before she shut and locked the door behind me. It was cold out here but definitely bearable. I was going straight home. No stops.
So beginning my walk, I took a deep breath. That cold was hitting me left and right but I was literally gonna be home in 7 minutes.
Suddenly, my phone started to ring. Whoever it was, had to wait. I wasn't taking my hands out of my pockets for anyone. So I let it ring until it stopped but it rang again now and I needed to know who was calling me back to back.
I almost dropped my phone when I saw Q flash across my screen tryna answer. When I did, I finally got to see that cute face. Instant butterflies.
"Why yeen pick up the first time?"
"I'm outside...it's cold." I chuckled just happy to see him.
"Way you goin this late luh nigga?" He squinted trying to look all up in my background and shit. "Yeen post to be out past dark by ya self mama."
"I- oh no. You are not my parent, okay?" I laughed. But I understood it. He wanted me to be safe and he wasn't here to protect me. "I went and checked on Jen after school. She wasn't doing too well...I hope you aren't mad at me..."
